● For Local Fashion Business Owners They will be more aware about their reputation and website usability, and on how these two contribute in increasing the level of satisfaction of their customers. Knowing the degree, they will be able to think of a plan of actions in order for them to improve their products and services.


● It is important to Other Business Owners to allow them to have a broader knowledge about the benefits of having a website and a motivation to create their own in increasing customer engagement, leading to higher sales and profitability.


● The Marketers will benefit as it will strengthen their idea about reputation, perceived usability, and customers satisfaction in relation to local fashion websites. This will also allow them to develop a sound marketing strategy that will attract more consumers, leading to increased website visit and engagement.


● For Consumers it will serve as a guide to other consumers, especially when purchasing clothes through local fashion websites. They will know how reputation and website usability can affect their satisfaction as a consumer.


● Additionally, this study may provide additional learning in the academic sector, more particularly in the field of business. COMIA --- Time and Place of the Study


In this study , the researchers will commence its research procedures in March 2022 and will end in January 2023. In addition , the study will be conducted in Carmona Cavite.


COMIA --- Scope and Limitation of the Study


The research participants in this study will be Millennials who are residents of Carmona, Cavite since it has a large number of Barangays and residents. According to the 2015 census of Philippines Statistics Authority (PSA),Carmona ,Cavite has 14 Barangays and the population of millennials has 27,291 individuals out of 97,557 people and it has an age percentage of 27.98% in population residing in Carmona, Cavite and Millennial consume should have a purchase experience on the websites set in the study. On the other hand, the coverage of fashion websites includes : Don't blame the kids (DBTK), GNARLY, TEAM MANILA, and DAILY GRIND which will be assessed in general.

METHODOLOGY

MINORIA --- Research Design


In research design, the study is descriptive-correlational in nature. A descriptive approach is used to describe the level of reputation ; the level of perceived usability in terms of ease of use, ease of purchase, ease of understanding, and ease of ordering; and the level of customer satisfaction of the participants towards local fashion websites.


The correlational approach is used to determine the significant relationship between the level of reputation and the level of customer satisfaction; and significant relationship between the level of perceived usability in terms of ease of use, ease of purchase, ease of understanding, and ease of ordering, and the level of customer satisfaction towards local fashion websites.
