MINORIA --- Hypotheses of the Study
In accordance with the study's objectives, the following hypotheses were developed.
H01 There is no significant relationship between the level of reputation and the level of customer satisfaction of the participants towards local fashion websites.
H02 There is no significant relationship between the level of perceived usability and the level of customer satisfaction of the participants towards local fashion websites in terms of: ease of use and customer satisfaction; ease of purchase and customer satisfaction; ease of understanding and customer satisfaction ;and ease of ordering and customer satisfaction.
MINORIA --- Conceptual framework of the study
This study includes three variables, namely: (1) reputation and (2) perceived usability being the independent variables, and (3) customer satisfaction being the dependent variable. In relation to the independent variables, sub-variables for perceived usability include ease of use, ease of purchase, ease of understanding, and ease of ordering.
