𝐖𝐎𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐖𝐀𝐋𝐋

Start from the beginning

The running lady cursed under
her breath, through her gritted
teeth as she gains up her speed,
heading to the trunk positioned
upwards on buttress roots.

Stepping onto it, going up the
edges—the lady jumps, hands
seized onto a tree branch and
propel her foot upwards with
brute and swings, snapping it.

Landing back her feet, pulling
a lengthy string off her pocket
and entangles it on the branch
she grins as she run.

Raising the branch above her
head, the tiny bell with silver
wings at the end of the string
made its tinkling noises.

Eight stygian eyes widens at
the sight of the chiming bell,
legs piercing the woodland's
soil continually slows down.

Grinning widely in fascination,
"Catch!" She threw the branch

Tinkling, the bell buzzes as it
speeds away with the branch
like it was marshmallow. The
lovely dogs follows it, leaving
the fifteen pirates on her tail.

Skidding unto her boots, she
stands upright behind a tree,
hiding to take back some air.

Hand consciously rest on top
of the suitcase roped around
her shoulders tight for some
safety measures.

A thud, followed by scratches
and whinings sounded inside
the suitcase that shooks a bit,
catching the lady's attention.

"It's okay. It's okay." The lady
panted in assurance in a soft,
hush tone, looking to her left
and right back in forth.

Golden eyes of feline peeked
through the crack of the case
opened ajar and blinks in an
wondrous fashion, staring at
the lady who saved her from
the illegal dealings between
pirates and wealthy people.

The crackling twigs, crunching
dried leaves under the soles of
one's cavelier boots—The lady
heaved out a mischievous grin,
"We're gon'a waltz out of here."

A machete swings to her way,
going for her neck. She ducks,
the machete strucks the trunk
and she run but was swooped
to a headlock, "Yeah—! Better
luck!" She gasped and stomps
her heel onto the pirate's foot.

The pirate screamed, losing his
grip on her and she pushes his
elbow over her head, on to her
shoulder and grabbed it before
setting her other arm between
his legs—lifting him slightly off
the ground and slam him down.

She rolled to the side, sweeping
the machete off the ground and
block a another strike and push
the blade abrading against hers
back and boots his ankle before
bounding to her feet, seeing the
charging and screaming pirate.

Sighing exasperatedly, the lady
stormed towards the screaming
pirate, letting out a battle cry as
he did, earning a confused look
from him—Not until she raised
the machete.

The pirate skids off his tracks
and crouches down, covering
his head in fear and she steps
on to his shoulder and jumps,
stabbing the tree and hold on
to the handle of the machete,

She wraps her legs around the
shoulders of the one following
the pirate shielding himself on
the ground —using her weight
to pull him to the ground and
herself back to her feet— She
left the machete sticking there.

The remaining pirates stares
at her and the lady raises her
chin in challenge, confidence.

A pirate grinned, his two front
gold teeths came on show and
throws his machete on the soil,
stepping back one foot, raising
his hand in jocose fashion and
boughs, "Fair dance, aye?"
