Chris and I have been together for a good 5 years now. I received my degree with a fantastic job as a child therapist. We moved into a place together bringing Matt and Nick with us cause why not.
"Okay Matt Nick.. Shoot off the confetti only if she says yes."
"Okay we get it. We'll get in the bush."
I walk out side onto our porch to see the beautiful night sky.
"Hello Love." I say to Chris.
"Hey Ryland.. I have to ask you something.."
"No I didn't eat the last fruit roll up-"
"No not that." Chris gets down on one knee.
"Chris..."
"Ryland Hart.. you know that I have loved you for so so long and I just wanted to know, Will you marry me?"
"YES YES YES OF COURSE!"
Chris puts the ring on my finger and kisses me. Matt and Nick pop out of the bush.
"Did she say yes?"
"Yeah she did!"
Nick and Matt pop the confetti cannons.
"I can't wait to me Mrs. Sturniolo."
Chris and I kiss again, knowing soon I would be Mrs. Sturniolo.
