needless to say, just about everyone showed up at thursday's child (the bar/club) to see the band perform. the only ones who failed to arrive on time were juniper and soobin, the two, unfortunately, being the ones yoshi was most excited to see.
"eric!" yangyang called over the sound of the owner introducing the band. the said boy managed to just hear, turning around to see yangyang and sunwoo approaching. "we have better spots over there," the rapper tried pulling eric towards the unique group of college kids, but he only shook his head. "nah, you guys go ahead. felix and i are going to wait for june."
at the mention of the female's name, yangyang instantly shot the younger a knowing grin. "alright, suit yourself. we're in front of the drums." eric nodded to show he understood, then folded his arms over his chest and moved back to face felix, who was staring at his swinging feet from a tall barstool.
november was nervously bouncing on the balls of her feet, lips sucked in as she kept glancing between the front doors and the stage, where the trio was preparing to begin. juniper had freaked out over the phone, explaining how much she wanted to be there in time.
the lights glaring down at the group on stage suddenly brightened, and the first note was struck. it sent a jolt through the crowd, some not expecting it even shouting in surprise.

reluctantly pulling her eyes from the mesmerizing group of boys, nova spotted her best friend conversing with eric and felix, one of her arms around the giant boy november remembered was named soobin.
her interest in the band suddenly evaporated, making a beeline toward juniper with a crazy look on her face. when the girl spotted her, her eyes shot wide in horror before recognizing her friend and slumping in relief.
"soobin, let's go watch the group!" she ushered softly, and the boy hesitantly looked around before dropping his head back towards the curly-haired girl and nodding.
they reached the stage, the highly energized group of girls greeting the two new guests excitedly. nova went back to enjoying the band, her eyes mindlessly drifting towards june and soobin as the short girl continued stealing looks up at the boy throughout the concert.
squinting her eyes mindlessly, nova decided it was only right to interrogate her best friend after the night came to an end.
