Once named the Fair house Of Lawrence, the house crest was a Rose signifying their stance in the war of the Roses, House Lawrence has gone through some changes since then.

Since the dawn of the new century, the Lawrence family have began to be feared, a powerful force in the wizarding world since Agatha Lawrence bowed down to Gellert Grindelwald in the first wizarding war. The House of Lawrence were rising up the ranks thanks to Agatha's viciousness.

but their rise to power did not stop there, once Grindelwald was stopped, another has to take his place of course, and the viciousness did not stop at Agatha. It continued through her bloodline, her twin sons; Vincent and Augustine. Augustine was the one to watch, a student at the french school of magic, Beauxbatons, he took a shine to necromancy and divination and was soon removed from the school due to an accident that took place.

then he was sent to Hogwarts, were he befriended a student by the name of Tom Riddle. The rest of his student file was lost.

Afterwards, he changed the family name into something the wizarding world now knows as The Cadaverous house Lawrence, their house crest now a skeleton once he joined the ministry after the disappearance of the head Necromancer. He had been reprimanded multiple times since he started his necromancy career, mainly due to his experiments on humans, as well as the rumours of what he did to his other son Marlowe before he passed.
