april fools day / zulema zahir

i woke up, looked around me and felt literally like shit. my head was spinning round and round when I stood up from my bed. I dressed up and went out of my cell to search for zulema. I wanted to see her before she leaves for her "free-day" outside for good behavior. I kept searching but I couldn't find her anywhere. I asked everyone but no one saw her this morning. But neither did I see Macarena. This was the moment when I felt something was wrong. My heart started beating fast and my chest started hurting because I didn't know where Zulema is and if she's okay. I don't know what is going on between us but she needs me and I need her. that's all I know for now. I turned the whole Cruz del sur upside down when my brain just blinked. I haven't looked in the washing room. I ran the fastest I could and I saw her there. she was tied to a chair by legs and arms and her lips were covered by a strong silver tape. i whispered in pain her name when she looked at me and I saw blood on her hair. but that was not the only thing I saw. I also saw Macarena who was standing in front of her and seemed like to be the one who did this to her. I looked at her and all I could see was fear in her eyes. I ran up to her, grabbed her neck and pinned her against the wall until her feet weren't touching ground anymore. I was chocking her as she couldn't breath.
"what did i tell u huh?" I asked her calmly but with anger. "you touch her and i kill you" I added on my sentence as I pushed her down on the ground letting out of her neck. I climbed on the top of her and pulled my pocket knife out.
"you shouldn't have done this" I said as I started to write my name onto her wrist skin on her left hand.
"this is gonna tell you to not to mess with me" i told her as she tried to scream of pain but with one hand I hold her mouth. her wrist started bleeding and I finished my art work. I wanted to continue but I heard zulema breathing heavily and hard.
I let go of Macarena. She quickly stood up and ran away. I put the tape off her mouth and she quietly mumbled under her breath "I can't breathe".
"fuck" I said and I started untying her arms and legs as I put her down on the ground. as I heard on her breathing, she was chocking. I turned her on her back and beat her chest three times so she could stop chocking. It helped. She started breathing normally again and she hugged me. I was holding her in my arms softly.
"you can't even imagine how scared I was" I said quietly to her and she smiled.
"where did u got the blood from?" I asked her still holding her.
"my back" she answered as I turned myself to her back and picked her shirt on her back up. I saw a big red mark on her back from an iron. It was still hot and kind of bleeding.
"I swear I'm gonna kill that bitch" I said as I stood up and quickly ran to the first med kit. It hanged on wall so I grabbed it and got it to Zulema. first I put a tissue with cold water on her back, after I cleaned it, then I put a healing cream on her but she kept clenching by the touches of my fingers. at the last I tied her back up with bandage and put her shirt down. I turned to her to see her pretty face again. she had tears in her eyes but she still was smiling. I hugged her again and she kissed me on my head.
"zule I'm sorry" I whispered into her neck.
"for what, love?" she asked me confused and started caressing my back.
"for that I wasn't with you when you needed me. this wasn't supposed to happen" I told her back as she pulled out of our hug and looked at me caressing my cheek.
"it's not your fault, you saved me" she smiled but behind her I saw Fabio with Valbuena coming for me. Zulema turned around and saw them too. they came up to me but before they grabbed me zulema got into it.
"she's not going anywhere" she said covering me.
"oh yes she is" Fabio said as Valbuena tried to grab me but zulema pushed him away.
"No she's not" Zulema said calmly nodding her head to a "No".
"zulema, let me go" I whispered to her as she looked at me looking in my eyes.
"I can't let you go" she said as my heart melted but I couldn't do anything.
"please." I said as now they both grabbed me and pushed me away from zulema.
"Be careful." That's all I said to her before they got me to the solitary. I was there. Again and again thinking about what will I do. I don't even know how fast it got dark. It was night and I fell asleep. but I dreamt something. Macarena. standing above zulema's bed while she's sleeping. she was trying to choke her. to kill her. I woke up quickly, breathing heavily with sweat all over me. I had to check up on her. I looked to the other cell by the little opening that was between every solitary cell. There was no one next to me. i put out my earring, formed it and pushed it into the key hole to open the door. i slowly did it. i opened the door fast so the guards couldn't react. i pushed the first guard down with the door I opened and I beated up the second. I covered the cameras and took the card from guard to open doors. I went to the main solitary door and got out by the card. I quickly ran up to zulema's cell and opened it. She was lying on her bed. No one was in cell except for me and her. I closed the cell door and she looked down and saw me.
"hey" I said and smiled.
"hey darling" she said and climbed out of her bed down to hug me.
"how did u got out of that hell?" she asked me.
"I got my own methods." I smiled and she laughed.
"Go up" she told me and I climbed up to her bed. she got up after me and we sat down.
"why did you come here?" She asked me.
"I had to check up on you. I had a dream about Macarena chocking you." I said to her.
"oh fuck, so you care about me that much?" She smiled.
"of course I do you dummy" I said and she kept smiling.
"come here" she said while pointing on her lap. I looked at her confused but I finally climbed up on her.
"what is it?" I asked her looking down at her and smiling. She didn't say anything. all I felt was how she put her hands on my waist and slowly kissed me. my smile disappeared and I wrapped my arms around her neck. she kept kissing me as she layed me down and slid her tongue inside of my mouth. i could feel her smirk against my lips when our tongues started dancing together. she climbed on the top of me so now she was in charge, as always. she started to slid her hand under my shirt but then I heard the guards shouting and searching for me in cells. I quickly got up.
"fucking hell, they're searching for me" i said and I started to climb out of bed.
"be careful and don't forget where we stopped" she said when I was leaving.
"don't worry I won't" I said smiling at her and quickly got out of her cell. i ran down so the guards won't see me when I finally got to the solitary. I opened the door with the card again and went to the empty cell next to mine. I opened the door with the earring just like I closed it as well. so now I was locked in the other cell. the guards finally got to solitary and searched the cells where they found me.
"shit she's here" Fabio said to Castillo. "she's been here the whole fucking time" he said angrily.
"then why was the other cell opened and the guards were beaten up?" Castillo asked Fabio.
"I don't know, maybe we're searching for the wrong person this whole time." Fabio answered. they got out of "my" cell and kept searching for someone who escaped. it was me but they didn't see a thing because I covered the cameras. they're such a fools. but it's okay cuz it's April fools day.
