Chapter 13

Ran- "Okay okay, I admit I messed up, but look at how happy (Y/N) is!!..."

Kokonoi- "That's not the f*cking point Ran!! And YOU!"

Kokonoi turned to Rindou.

Kokonoi- "I told you to keep an eye on RAN!!"

Rindou- "Have you EVER spent a whole afternoon with Ran??"

Kokonoi- "But you were supposed to help me out here!"

You walked over to the kitchen as the men argued.

You wanted to get some water but froze when you saw Mikey sitting in the dark.

You hesitated but he didn't seem to pay any mind to your presence so you slowly walked to the fridge.

You- "H-Hi Mikey...."

Mikey- "......."

He's eating something.

A fish?

No..

You remembered Ran told you that he eats Taiyaki on a regular basis.

Apparently they're one his favorites snacks.

You- "Um....I-I'm getting some water....do you want one?"

Mikey- ".........."

You took his silence as a NO so you opened the fridge and grabbed yourself a bottled water.

You were about to close the fridge but you thought for a bit and decided to get one for Mikey as well.

After closing the fridge, you slowly walked up to Mikey and placed the bottle on the table by him.

He didn't even look at you, so you just sighed and walked back.

You didn't see it but Mikey glanced at you when you walked away.

He then looked at the water in front of him.

Why are you being nice?

**11PM**

Everyone had gone up to bed.

Kokonoi said that they were all leaving at the crack of dawn so you went to go wash your face.

But by the time you got back, everyone had already gone up to their rooms.

You were about to too but then you realized something.

You- "Oh yeah....that's Mikey's room..."

You didn't want to bother entering and you didn't know who's room is who's.

So you just decided to walk back to the living room.

You sighed at the thought of sleeping on the couch, but you didn't want to bother anyone since you were just an intruder.

You stretched a bit before making yourself comfortable on the couch.

The couch wasn't uncomfortable so you were somewhat glad.

You closed your eyes and hoped that you could sleep throughout the night.

Luckily there was a throw blanket already on the couch so you used that to cover your legs.

After a few minutes, you felt yourself drifting to sleep.

You just hope no one turns on the A/C in the middle of the night.
