Forgetting And Honoring

Arguments.

"Y/n you cant do that." She speaks up.

"Do what?" I say confused.

"Im an avenger y/n! An avenger! Im supposed to fight those battles!" She shouts.

"He dangerous kate. This is not even the avengers battle. Its mine and Peters, thats why hes after us." I say calmly.

"Wh-what? What do you mean?" she furrows her eyebrows.

"I mean the spider that bit us could've saved mr.osborns sons life. Thats why hes after us." I explain.

"Harry osborn?!"

"No his other younger son Gabriel." I reply.

"Oh.." she nods her head. "Well that doesnt matter y/n. Im an avenger. Im suppose to fight any battle they bring our way. You cant just protect me forever." Oh trust me if i could i would. "You have to trust me, i can protect myself." She says sternly.

"Kate. Hes dangerous!"

"I've fought ultron!"

"Kate stop it! He almost killed me, peter, and mr,stark alone!"

"I've battled people who almost killed the entire avengers! I went 1 on 1 with kingpin!"

"Kate he will kill you! He has no mercy!" I shout back.

"Y/n! For the last time im a fucking avenger! Give me some damn respect please! Im not some little girl anymore. You cant protect me no more. I can do that myself!" She yells at me.

"Oh yeah? And what if something happens to you!? Kate i have super powers! Put yourself in my shoes. My girlfriend who has a bow and arrow wants to fight a guy with no mercy and will kill anyone who steps in his way!" Kate sighs.

"Im sorry! Im sorry! But please! This is my job! Let me do it." She walks over to me.

"Im sorry i- i just.." i sigh closing my eyes. "I love you and dont want you to get hurt." I say. She cups my cheeks and looks at me with the softest eyes.

"I love you too, but please let me live." She chuckles. I slowly nod and kiss her. She kisses back as i tilt my head. We pull away.

"I have to get back to the apartment." I say to her. She nods. She looks me in the eyes before she kisses me. We move along in sink before pulling away.

"I'll see you tomorrow which is technically today." She says. I nod and put my mask back on. "Be safe!" She yells out. I give her a thumbs up and leap out of her window swinging away.

I arrive at the apartment sneaking into my room. Wait where did kate leave my car? I think to myself. I begin to text her.

"Hey love, where did you leave my car?" I send the message.

"Oh i left it at your apartment. Clint came and picked me up fron your house."

"Oh okay cool."

I get out of messages and scroll on tiktok. I see this on tiktok of some girl pranking her lover. I decide to do the prank on kate to be funny.

"Hey katie." I cant help but laugh.

"Yes bae?"

"Someone said you were talking behind my back. :((" I type out wheezing at 6 in the morning. Man i need sleep.

"Wait what??i would never."

"Yeah this girl told me you were."

"Huh?? Who?!"

"Daisy." I wheeze.

"Y/n im being honest i dont know a daisy."

"DAISYMEROLLIN♿️♿️♿️♿️♿️♿️" I send the message wheezing.

"THEYHATIN‼️‼️"

"Ur so weird." I press in her contact calling her. She answers it. I begin to wheeze into the camera.

"That was not funny!" She says.

"It was so funny! Im a comedian!" I smile at her.

"No it wasnt dork." She cant help by smile.

"See your laughing too!" I point out.

"Okay okay you caught me." She smiles at me. "Have you slept yet?" She asks and i shake my head. "Go to sleep now you need the rest spider hero." She grins into the camera.

"Stay on FaceTime with me please??" I ask.

"Fine go to sleep!" Take off my pants and shirt only laying in my boxers and sports bra. My eyes flutter shut as i fade off finally getting sleep.
