Today I Awoke
Today I Peered around
Saw the Same things
Heard the Same sounds
Keep Stepping forward
Never look back
You must keep in Line
You must Stay in tact
My life has been Taken
Nowhere to be found
I must see New things
I must Hear New sounds
Today I'll find myself
Bit my tiny bit
Today I'll be find who I am
Even when they throw a fit
Today I step backwards
Today is the day
Screw all these people
I'll make my own way
I shall be Different
I shall be Bright
Step after Step
Battling this Fight
They're Stuck in their ways
They try to Turn me around
They only see their Same things
Hear their same sounds
They don't appreciate me
Whoever I am
They don't want to see
The life that they're in
But I will keep clawing
My way to the top
To See the Sun brightly
My heart they can't stop
Today I am shining
No longer in line
I Pity these Souls
Stepping in Time
