Escaping. (Exile story, what I think could have happened!)

part 12 huge tw!!

HUGE TW!!! hallucinations, hearing things, seeing things, mention of almost..well, yeeting-

"...yeah, i know.." tommy sighed, looking at tubbo before hearing a knock and turning around "hello?"

-tommyyy..-

tommy gulped before feeling like he was being dragged, in reality, he wasn't, but..in his own little world, he was being haunted.

The shadow of dream dragged tommy outside, which tommy reluctantly followed, not being able to see or hear tubbo following behind him and trying to stop him.

"tommy! can you hear me!? stop it, man, you're freaking me out-"

tommy ended up outside near a small cliff after a long while, tubbo close behind.

"tommy, didja think i would only be in your nightmares? hah! no, I'm a dream you'll never escape from. you'll be stuck with me forever, because you're too weak to let anything go."

"...shut up, man, I'm..I'm not weak, dream."

"aw cmon, yes you are."

"...no, I'm not.."

"don't argue with me!"

"--!......y-yes dream, I'm sorry-"

"good..now, if you do wanna get away, there's an easy option right infront of you...remember the stunt you tried to pull in exile?"

"...i..."

"cmon, don't be a baby. just jump."

"....but i don't..i don't want to-"

"i dont care. do it, tommy. go on. you want this, right?"

"...o-okay..-"

"TOMMY! STOP!"

tommy snapped out of his trance when he felt tubbo grab his arm, everything just stopped, tommy turns around immediately, looking terrified, like he had seen a ghost, he stared tubbo in the eyes like a dear in headlights.

then he flung himself into tubbo's arms, hugging him tighter than he's ever hugged anyone.

he has never been able to have this much physical contact after exile without breaking down.

then again, he already was.

tubbo caught the man and sat down with him, holding him close and whispering softly "hey man, it's alright..you've got this. you can do this, tommy. i know you can."
