Should I Stay or Should I go - The Clash

Alexandria stood in front of the Potter Manor, the snow crunching under her feet as she shifted uncomfortably back and forth.

'I don't want to be a bother,' Alexandria said as she stared at the front door of the Manor, her trunks being floated behind her.

'Trust me, they were more than excited to accept the offer of having another girl in the home,' the older women said, looking down at her through her crescent shaped glasses.

'I can't thank you enough for what you've done, Professor Mcgonagall, I know the trip was very long ' Alexandria said looking up at her.

'Come now dear, they will think we are late,' Mcgonagall said as she walked up to the door and knocked.

A middle aged man opened the door and a smile instantly grew on his face.

'Come inside, come inside,' he said with a smile as he opened the door wider for the two of them to enter.

'You must be Alexandria!' he said as he took her hand and shook it.

'Yeah but you can call me Alex,' she said with a slight laugh.

'I'm Charlus and my wife- oh my wife! Dorea! Alex is here!' he called to the kitchen and a tall beautiful women walked in to greet them.

'Oh my goodness, we are so excited to have you here!' Dorea said with a smile that competed with her husbands. 'Thank you Minerva,' she said as she pulled away from Alex to give her a hug as well.

'Well I should leave you three to discuss, classes are always so busy before christmas break,' Mcgonagall said as she pulled out her wand and apparated back to Hogwarts.

'Come, I'll show you to your room,' Dorea said as she started walking up the stairs, leading her to a hall on the East side of the house.

'My son, James, his room is right down the hall,' she said as she opened the door, revealing a huge room with a bathroom connected.

'Wow,' Alex said as she dropped her bag onto the ground.

'I hope it's not too much, we wanted you to be as comfortable as possible,' Dorea said as she ran her finger on the top of the dresser and rubbing her pointer finger and thumb together, 'Christmas break is in a few days, so after you will be accompanying James back to Hogwarts.'

' I really appreciate this,' Alex said as she walked towards the window, 'It probably wasn't the most ideal situation.'

'Oh nonsense,' Dorea said as she went to stand next to Alex and grabbed both of her hands, 'We are more than excited to have you here, you hear me?'

Alex smiled and nodded.

'Besides, James can be a handful. Might be nice to have someone around to keep him in check while i'm not around,' she said with a wink and Alex let out a laugh.

Alex stared at herself in the bathroom mirror. Her long black hair falling in waves to her elbows as she brushed her teeth. She spit and rinsed, making to run her tongue over her overly sharp canines.

Walking into her room in sweats and a sports bra she grabbed the muggle radio and turned through the channels. Dorea and Charlus were more than welcoming to her moving in, like she had always lived there. Finally finding a song, Should I Stay or Should I Go by The Clash, she set the radio back down and turned it as loud as it could go.

'Mum we're home!' James yelled as him and his father stepped through the floo.

'James come in the kitchen first, your father and I need to talk to you about something,' Dorea yelled back.

'Ever so secreted Mother, that's why Sirius couldn't come this time? I'll just go put my stuff away first,' he yelled back as he rushed up the stairs.

He was almost to his room when he heard music being played, very loudly he would say, from the guest room. He dropped his bag in the hall and pressed his ear to the door. Turning it slowly, he opened it to reveal something he would never expect.

Inside was standing a girl, only in her bra and pants. Her hair covering the tattoo that ran along her spine.

'Darling, you got to let me know, should I stay or should i go?' she sang as her back was faced towards him, 'If you say that you are mine, I'll be there 'till the end of time.'

Alex turned around and saw a very confused boy staring at her as she stood there, still singing the words to the song.

'So you got to let me know, should I stay or should I go,' James sang next as a smile crept on her face.

'It's always tease, tease, tease,' James continued singing as she continued on dancing to the song, a smile wife on her face, 'You're happy when I'm on my knees.'

'One day it's fine, the next is black,' Alex sang back, 'So if you want me off your back.'

'Well cmon and let me know,' James and her both sang loudly together, 'Should I stay or should I go?'

Alex let out a loud laugh and continued dancing, but James froze as the realization hit in square in the face.

'Who are you?' he asked as he watched her still dance to the song.

'I'm Alex, I live here. Who are you?'
