"Hey, y/n you ready to go to there funeral?" Fay asked. (Fays your best friend that's a human)
"Yup, ready as I can ever be"
"It's going to be okay y/n, I'm here for you"
"Thanks Fay, but really I'm fine I never been better I'm kinda glad they died of hunger instead of someone killing them"
"Yeah, me to I'm glad they trusted me with y'all secret"
"Well you been my best friend since the 4th grade ofc they trust you"
"Why would they keep you in school if you tried to kill me"
"Ugh, Fay I told you I was sorry about that I couldn't control my hunger at the time"
*laughes* "I know I was just joking"
"Your annoying"
"Oh come on y/n, you know you love me"
"GIRLS IT'S TIME FOR THE FUNERAL" uncle Rory yelled
"Well I guess it's time to go y/n"
"I guess it is"
"Ready" Fay puts her hand out
"Ready" y/n grabs Fays hand and they walk out
~y/n pov~ Can't believe it's actually time for my parents funeral. It's hard to believe they actually died, but I rather them die if hunger than someone killing them.
"Y/n it time for the speech" my uncle Rory told me "you ready?"
"Ready as can ever be uncle"
"Good luck" Fay and Uncle Rory told me
"Thank you guys, I really needed that"
I walk up to the stage to give the speech that's everyones been waiting for since they died, and they really have me pressure about writing it so I really don't know if its good or not... "Well as you all know I am the miracle baby of these two beloved parents, they went through thick and thin with me to keep me safe from bad people and I love them and am grateful for that"
"YOUR SO BRAVE" one of my family members yelled.
But really what they didn't know is I wasn't brave I was broken inside, I was acting brave so everyone wouldn't know I wasn't. But then something happen after they said that I was about to cry so I ran off the stage and went to my room to go cry and I saw Fay run after me.
"Hey, are you crying?" Fay asked me
"Yes okay, I'm not the brave y/n I'm broken inside and I can't help it I have no parents to go to, I'm a mess"
"And that's okay y/n everyone has this stage you going to be fine, it's going to be okay" Fay said while hugging me.
"Thank you Fay I really needed this"
"Hey to get your mind off of it we could go to the club"
"Yeah you should go" uncle Rory said coming in my room, "it be a nice way to get you mind off of all this, and lucky for you I own the club and happen to have some dresses for y'all"
"Thanks, uncle"
"So what do you say y/n, wanna go to the club" Fay said
"Sure, why not"
"Yes yes yes" Fay said jumping around and went in for a hug "I love you so much" she said kissing me on the forehead
*laughing* " I love you to Fay"
