Sixteen

No one's p.o.v

The group somehow managed to reach the city, and as they did, they were met with pin drop silence. There was no zombie or a human, no blood splattered anywhere. No one could tell that some zombies actually attacked this place

Nam-ra and Na-yeon stopped "We're screwed.." Na-yeon mumbled "The zombies are coming...." Nam-ra said with a worried tone "How many of them?" Nam-ra took a pause and counted "One.... Two.. Three... Four.... Five....six...seven...eight...nine...ten... Eleven.. Twelve.. Thirte..." She stopped "It's literally an army of them... Run" Na-yeon said and they ran into an alley and which lead to the market

Na-yeon was running with Areum holding her hand, her hunger won't let her stop thinking about eating her. She kept on controlling herself but her hunger was making it hard

Su-hyeok stopped when there was a equipments store. Su-hyeok grabbed something that's used for digging and idk what to call that sorry for being dumb

They all grabbed one equipment and they stood ready to face the zombies. In moments, tons of zombies came their way and they attacked them with the equipments

They all fought them very bravely and Na-yeon and Nam-ra seemed to be the strongest ones. Areum was fighting a zombie when one tried to attack her from behind but Na-yeon grabbed the zombie's hair and flipped him front and he fell hard to the ground

Areum looked at Na-yeon who kept on fighting the zombies, when she took a glance at the other's, she saw Dae-su trying to pull a zombie off of Wu-jin

"Wu-jin?!" She ran to help Dae-su but unfortunately, the zombie succeeded in biting Wu-jin till then. He looked at Hari, and told her to stick to archery cause appearantly he knew she did not make it into the National team

He started turning into a zombie, and he attempted to attack Hari but Nam-ra knocked him out. Hari got angry at the fact that she hit her brother, and she got up, pushing Nam-ra.

"Don't die a meaningless death" Nam-ra said, which made Mi-jin curse under her breathe "A human would apologise in front of her for hitting her brother" She grabbed Hari's arm and dragged her with herself.

They managed to knock down most of the zombies there and started to run. While they were running, Nam-ra felt the urge to bite them, a voice inside kept on telling her to eat them all but she controlled herseld and bit her arm

She ran back to the market cause any how she did not wanted to hurt her friends but she was damn hungry. Areum turned and did not saw Nam-ra anywhere and stopped in her way

"What happened?" Na-yeon asked while looking at her, and Su-hyeok and On-jo stopped as well "Nam-ra did not come!" Areum ran back without listening to anyone and Su-hyeok, On-jo and Na-yeon followed her

They reached the market and looked around the places until they found her... Eating someone's stomach

Seeing the sight, Na-yeon tilted her head to the side as her bone cracked. She felt hungry. She wanted to eat someone that moment and the control she had on herself was gone by now.

While On-Jo and Areum tried to talked to Nam-ra, Na-yeon attempted to bite Su-hyeok and the Two's attention was caught

Areum quickly grabbed Na-yeon from behind and pushed her off Su-hyeok while on the other side, Nam-ra attempted to bite On-jo but she controlled herself

Areum hugged Na-yeon tightly from behind as she tried to free herself but controlled herself as her tears flowed down. She cried and screamed, angry at herself for trying to do such a stupid thing. Areum quietly sobbed while tightly holding onto Na-yeon

Another moment where she felt helpless, where she knew she couldn't do anything to help the person she loved to death.

"Na-yeon.... We'll have to go..." Nam-ra said, آمدِ Areum looked at her confused "G-go where...?" Na-yeon managed to get out of Areum's grip

"Yah Lee Na-yeon where are you going!! Come back! NA-YEON! NAM-RA!" She screamed but they both, held hands and ran away to somewhere

"Na-yeon!!" Areum screamed once more before breaking down in tears. On-jo hugged her and patted her back while Su-hyeok sighed
