First Mission Arc: Chapter 1

Tanjiro walks past Mizuto and puts the box in front of Nezuko's face and opens it

"Nezuko! Get inside this, will you? Can you do it?" He looks at his little sister as he said his words

Nezuko looks at Tanjiro and Mizuto for a second then proceeds to enter the box

"Nezuko, from now on, we're always gonna be together, okay?" He says smiling looking at her while she sits in the box and closes it

Tanjiro puts the box on his back, Mizuto and Urokodaki stands up and heads outside.

"All right, we'll be going now." Tanjiro says to Urokodaki looking at Mizuto with a smile still on his face

"Hold on, do you mind?" Urokodaki walks over towards Tanjiro fixing his button on his outfit

Urokodaki puts his hands on the two boys patting their shoulders and nodding his head.

The two boys walks off but before they got any farther they turn around and wave goodbye to Mr. Urokodaki then proceeds to continue walking

The two boys walk to their first mission as a slayer and engage in a little conversation to past the time by.

"Nezuko, are you all right?" He talks to his little sister in the box that he's carrying on his back

The boys keep walking and Tanjiro proceeds to talk again

"Nezuko?" Tanjiro remembers something Urokodaki had told him. He looks at the box and on his back then nods his head

"Nezuko, you get lots of rest." He says

Both of the boys see a bridge with people walking on it. They walk on the bridge and look down.

There are boats in the water with people on it and in the distance they see a food market, mothers with their children and plenty more.

"Could this be the town to the northwest?" Tanjiro speaks as he looks at Mizuto

"Seems like we're here Tanjiro" he looks at him and flash him a small smile

The proceed to walk across the bridge and into the town seeing many houses, stores, and people walking around enjoying their lives.

They walk around many stores and see a boy with a bruised cheek and can't walk seemingly. They hear people talk about him.

Girl 1: Oh, look, there's Kazumi.

Girl 2: Poor thing. He looks so haggard.

Girl 1: Because he was with Satoko when she was taken.

Tanjiro and Mizuto stops and looks at the boy walk past them then continues to walk but Tanjiro still looks at him Then they hear more people talk

Man: Night after night... it's so creepy.

Girl: It's so dreadful! When night falls, yet another young girl will be abducted!

Tanjiro is on alert and runs a bit towards Kazumi.

"Mr. Kazumi!" Tanjiro shouts at him gaining his attention
