*Y/n's point of view*

I run out of the facility as fast as I could. I hear families screaming as buildings fall. Ultron said he wanted peace. A world without the Avengers is a better one. I'm not sure how destruction is order. Violence becomes tranquility. I'm not seeing tranquility. I see death. Death of innocent. Not something you want to see as a 13 year old. As I'm running the ground starts shaking and I'm brought to an abrupt stop as I see the ground start raising, causing cracks to go under me. I take a few steps back and in the distance I see a man, red and gold, going through the sky.

Iron Man.

I take cover in an nearby building and look through the small holes that I'm assuming were made because of the neighboring battle. I see robots fly thought the sky towards one direction. Captain America runs through the streets and into an old near by church. Over time all of the Avengers are there and talking. There is one other but they have their back turned towards me. Their conversation becomes more passionate and eventually the person turns.

Wanda

Didn't she work with Ultron? I'm confused. Then again there is only so much of this shit that you understand at my age. An infinite amount of robots start flying in from every direction and each of them fight them off. Thor throws his hammer which collects two robots and continues to make them fly into a building close by.

The building I'm in.

Quickly I use the air around me to push the falling rocks back up before they hit me. I rise from the ruble and run as fast as I could into another building that isn't destroyed. That really narrows it down. Robots continue landing where I am and start coming at me. I muster up fire and hit each robot while walking as fast as I could without tripping on the metal bodies. Keeping my face forward while aiming my hands towards each metal dude that approaches, I continue throwing fire.

A/n: how I imagined it but ya know with fire and a different person who is 13

Soon enough I get to safety in an area with one standing wall. I rest my back against it and close my eyes. I need to take a breath. I don't know what I'm going to do, or where I'm going to go, but I know I have to disappear so they don't find me. I can't go back.

Quickly I get up. I'm not sure what's gonna happen to me, but I know I'm scared. I don't have a family. No friends. Just me. I run to the edge of the city and jump off. I use the air to glide safely to the ground.

I'm on my own.

*Wanda's point of view*

Secretary Ross stands at the end the the meeting table with a projector that has yet to be turned on behind him, "Five years ago, I had a heart attack. I dropped right in the middle of my back-swing. Turned out it was the best round of my life, because after 13 hours of surgery and a triple bypass, I found something 40 years in the Army had never taught me: Perspective. The world owes the Avengers an un-payable debt. You have fought for us, protected us, risked your lives, but while a great many people see you as heroes, there are some, who would prefer the word "vigilantes".

Natasha speaks up, "And what word would you use, Mr. Secretary?"

"How about 'dangerous'? What would you call a group of U.S.-based, enhanced individuals who routinely ignore sovereign borders and inflict their will wherever they choose and who, frankly, seem unconcerned about what they leave behind?", the screen behind Ross turns on and footage from battles play. Including Lagos. A young girl laid there. Dead. I couldn't look any longer.

"Okay, that's enough," Steve spoke up, making Ross turn off his slide show.

A large stack of paper is placed down in front of me, I glance at it and hand it to Rhodey, "The Sokovia Accords. Approved by 117 countries. It states that the Avengers shall no longer be a private organization. Instead, they'll operate under the supervision of a United Nations panel, only when and if that panel deems it necessary"

"The Avengers were formed to make the world a safer place. I feel we've done that"

"Tell me, Captain, do you know where Thor and Banner are right now?" Ross and Steve make eye contact, "If I misplaced a couple of 30 megaton nukes, you can bet there'd be consequences. Compromise. Reassurance. That's how the world works. Believe me, this is the middle ground."

"So, there are contingencies." Rhodey spoke up.

"Three days from now, the U.N. meets in Vienna to ratify the Accords," Ross briefly meets Tony's eyes, "Talk it over."

Natasha speaks, "And if we come to a decision you don't like?"

"Then you retire."
