Serpico x Reader Part 5

The young witch had an elf of her own which drew Puck in like a magnet.

You couldn't help but smile to yourself as Isidro and the young witch appeared to be arguing quite a bit. Despite their apparent animosity toward one another you couldn't help but wonder if perhaps they liked each other and felt threatened by that.

Serpico noticed it too.

You were all met with the lady of the house. The one the young girl called mistress.

"Huh kind of like y/n." Isidro commented.

"NOT AT ALL LIKE Y/N. Mistress has two meanings you monkey!" The young girl Schierke shouted. He started acting like a monkey again from some odd spell she placed.

Serpico went red faced once again as he rubbed the back of his neck shyly. He felt bad that you kept getting called such a thing on his behalf.

He wondered where Isidro came even up with these things..

It got settled that the group would help aid that man of the village. She struck a deal with Guts and it finally came out what those marks on Guts and Casca were.

It all made a lot more sense now, they were curse marks that drew in the evil spirits whenever it got dark enough. You didn't fully understand it but it sounded like some breach of the astral world..

There were mentions of a bath and Lady Farnese never disappeared so quickly with Casca.

The two of them had first dibs while you and Serpico sat quietly at the table.

Guts was outside discussing matters with the mistress.

"Why don't you go join them" Serpico tried to offer. He felt bad that you were stuck here with him.

You shook your head. You didn't want to share a bath with Farnese.. you'd rather miss out.

Serpico became a little shy as he looked down.

"We could share one" he suddenly stated catching you off guard.

You didn't know what to say as your heart started pounding.

You shyly looked down after a moment.

"Okay."

When the other two got out Schierke kindly drew another bath. She let you enter the misty room and dropped flowers and beautiful things in the water for you.

It felt so mystical in here.

On her way out she was startled seeing Seprico in the doorway. Her cheeks went pink realizing he would be joining you.

She shut the door without question and left you two to your privacy.

You were so petrified to even move as you both looked at one another.

He sensed your nervousness and slowly walked over to you. He gently placed his hands on your shoulders to calm you down.

"I can hear your heart beating from here" he stated to your embarrassment.
