Chapter 13

"Please? I promise, I won't tell if it's really top secret" Alice looked at Bella pleadingly and smiled her angelic smile at her.

"I don't mind, really. As long as you don't share the information prematurely and... " she gave Alice a stern look before continuing "Don't go manipulating things so it can happen sooner. These things should happen naturally, without any interference from any one of us. If it happens, it happens"

"Hmmmp, I doubt it. You know she's going to do her best for things to go her way" Edward commented, and Alice gave him an indignant look.

"Hey! I only do it if it's for the benefit of everyone involved!"

"Alice..." Bella chastised, and she could hear Jasper chuckle from the drivers seat.

"Fine..." She pouted in resignation and Bella had to keep herself from laughing at her sister's expression.

"It's actually something that they can look forward to.... It's them meeting their mates" Alice squealed in delight and Edward's face softened and a hint of smile formed in his lips.

"It's nice to know that the sisters would finally be able to meet their mates after all this time."

Bella nodded in agreement.

"Ooohhh... I can't wait! I can already hear the wedding bells! I'm sure the sisters would want to make a big celebration!"

"Darling..." Jasper was the one who said it this time, but he didn't hide his amusement with his wife's reaction.

"Alright... sorry... how soon is it going to happen?" If she wasn't already sitting, Bella could swear that she was going to be jumping up and down in glee at the prospect of another extravagant wedding project.

Bella racked her brain up for the information. Now that the Bella she is inhabiting has her memories incorporated with her own, her memories were all getting mixed up and she was starting to have a hard time separating this Bella's memories and her own. She was suddenly looking forward to getting her supercharged vampire brain back so she can digest the two memories easily... if she gets to carry over the information which she was hoping that she could. As much as she didn't want to relive the experience again, this was something that she would not want to forget for the rest of her existence.

Bella was eventually able to find the memory she was looking for.

"Well, in my future, I'm going to have a run in with Garrett, Kate's mate, in my first year in college" Edwards turned to look at her in question.

"Run in?"

"Yeah... he was searching for his next meal when he caught my scent mixed with Jaspers and stalked me" She casually shared and he grimaced, clearly not happy with the story but Bella merely shrugged.

"He wasn't like the others that eat first, ask questions later. He was a curious guy and that's when he realized who I was with when he saw my Cullen crest." Bella's hand unconsciously went to her neck and was saddened to realize her crest was no longer there. Her crest had now held the Volturi symbol, interlocked with the Cullen crest that proved her allegiance to both families.

"It all turned out okay and he got to meet Kate and they hit it off right away." She continued. "As for Irina and Tanya, they met their mates while they were in vacation in Switzerland three years after. Elias and Elijah were actually twins and when they returned, they married at the same time" she told them fondly, but her companions were frowning and looking at each other.

"Is something wrong?" Bella asked when she saw their expressions.

"Isn't Laurent mated to Irina?" It was Edward who asked Alice, but she only shrugged.
