But she was not willing to take the muzzle off in fear that he might turn against someone. Commander let out a cough and Medic looked up at him.
"Going to lead the way?" Commander left Maid Commander in charge as he was going with Medic. It was only them as Commander didn't want to risk a blood bath if they brought an army. Medic nodded and she whispered over at the Speedy.
"I need you to find Gravedigger. Okay?" Medic took off the metal mits and put them in her bag which was actually quite full. She couldn't help but bring half her office with her.
With a snarl, the Speedy pulled at the chains, leaning forward. All the towers crowding around backed off, not wanting to be in the path. Medic hopped on the four wheeler and Commander climbed on behind her. He would of had one of his own but less vehicles mean less noise.
With a roar of the engine, Medic nudged a bit forward to persuade the Speedy to go. It didn't take a second longer for the two of them to be speeding out with the Speedy being their very weird GPS.
Towers waved their head commander and head medic out. Maid Commander only sighed, she was left in charge with a bunch of bored Towers. Commander would be surprised to see the place still standing when he got back.
Commander tightened his grip around Medic as she struggled to keep up with the fast paced zombie. "How long will this be?" Commander yelled over at Medic. She just shook her head, "Who knows?"
"Why is it slowing down?" Commander noticed the dramatic difference in speed. The Speedy was no longer sprinting, but was at a walking pace now. They were in a foggy area, visibility low. They had been riding for hours but the two were starting to think they were just following a loose zombie.
"He's probably tired. We've been at this for a while now," Medic noticed how the Speedy panted up ahead. Poor thing, she would get off to share her water but Commander wouldn't allow it. Whatever, he was a hypocrite.
However, the place felt creepy. It made Medic's skin crawl. She didn't know what was in the fog. But she wasn't that scared, they literally had the most aggressive headlight they had on the market.
As they slowly drove through, they started passing by some stone. Medic just thought they were some random rock formations, but Commander nudged her head up.
Medic was a bit annoyed at having her vision taken awan the Speedy zombie, but her mouth lightly fell agaped as she looked up. Right before her eyes was the largest tombstone. Well, that's what she thought it was.
"There's writing on it. What the hell kind of Spanish is that?" Commander stared at the engraved on the stone. It looked old, like really old. "Maybe there's more?" Medic suggested as they rode past the structure.
Just as Medic predicted, there was more. They were different from one another in their own respects, but each seemed to have a different name. However, some of the stones had clearly different graving styles than others.
Feeling uneasy, Medic turned off the four wheeler. Commander was about to ask what she was doing, but she shushed him. They stood there in silence. There was nothing here, not even a crow.
Then a gust of wind nearly had them blowing away. Medic swore she heard flapping but couldn't open her eyes. Just as quickly as it came it came to a stop. Then a light thud sound
"What was that?" Commander fixed his hat but a literal chill ran up his spine. The two Towers looked behind them. To their horror, a certain someone they knew all too well had just landed right behind them.
