Chapter 4

"Stuart..." she whispered, her eyes meeting my lips again, ready to ask what I had originally wanted to say but before she could get her words out I closed the miniscule gap between us as I crashed my lips onto hers with a slight drunken hunger. To my delight she didn't pull away or push me back, instead her hands grasped at my neck and wove themselves into my hair, pulling me in to deepen the kiss further.

~~~Y/n's pov~~~

I could feel his warm, heavy breath against my skin as he broke contact only to leave a trail of bites and kisses down my neck before I pulled him back up by the hair to meet my lips again. His hands ran down my back under my shirt, leaving a trail of goose bumps behind them until they settled on my ass only moving to give the occasional squeeze, making me gasp and allowing him to slip his tongue into my mouth. Our tongues danced around each other for a few more minutes before I finally broke free.

Our foreheads rested against each other as we exchanged heaving breaths. "I'm gonna go um...get another...drink" I said, pulling out of his grip completely and stumbling over to the bar. Stuart remained in the spot I had just left, staring wide eyed and open mouthed at the now empty space in front of him. "Woah" was all the words he could muster before her turned and headed in the opposite direction of the girl he had just kissed.

As I collected my order from the bar, I stood there for a second, the last few hours racing through my mind but always coming back to the kiss that had been exchanged. Luckily my thoughts were interrupted before I could go too deep by some yelling and shoving coming from further down the bar.

Lyle had got himself into a bit of a mess and the rest of our group had decided to gather round him in support. "Oh and it's the united colors of nerd. Do all you guys work together?" The rude blonde man in front of us laughed to himself as he gestured to our group. Nick tried to reason with them and walk the other way and I tried to help, a little. "Look you ken doll dressed wanker, let's just back off here a little okay. We'll go our way and you go yours"

"Yeah I agree let's go guys," Nick added and both groups began to turn away. "Great idea your highness, go back to that shithole your from yeah." I turned around to strike out at the man but a hand wrapped around my waist to keep me in place. "Leave it dude okay, we aren't trying to start something here" Nick said as her turned us away again but out of the corner of my eye i watched at the blonde in a pink shirt turned to throw a punch in Nick's direction but before it could reach the older guys face my hand darted out to grab it, catching the man off guard as i twisted it and sent him to the floor.

My team stood in shock at my action but were quickly snapped out of it when one of the other men began to throw a punch at my face. I ducked and Billy caught his hand punching back. After that a full on bar fight started. A few more punches were sent my way but they were either dodged or deflected and then returned twice as hard.

I almost thought to thank my cousin for dragging me to those self combat lessons when i was younger. He always said that winning was the best thing in life and that we needed to learn how to do that in every way so he decided it would be a good idea for me to learn how to fight and for once he was actually right it did come in handy. It wasn't long before our team was either carried, dragged or thrown out of the club, but we still had a great time doing that, leaving some loud insults in our midst.

After our crazy night we had ended up on a hill so that we could watch the sunrise over the golden gate bridge, which was actually a good idea for once. "Look at that view! You aren't gonna see that on your little four inch screen." Nick spoke directly to me, as the others mulled about along the hillside. My eyes stayed on the y/h/c girl that I had been thinking about all night as I answered the older man propped up on the bench next to me. "Yeah"
