Alison laughed and undid my hair, and I took off my jewelry, and Alison ordered me into the change rooms to take off the clothes.

When I went back to the bus, Vic was half asleep. This tour has been long, and we were all kinda glad it was ending on Friday.

I jumped on the couch next to him. He jolted, shook his head, and looked at me.

"Haed it lowe wit yerr ilist?" he asked, still half asleep.

I laughed. "What?" I asked.

He coughed. "How'd it go with your stylist?" he asked.

I smiled. "Good. You're going to like, faint when you see me. The outfit is amazing." I said.

He put a arm around me and pulled me onto his lap. I bit my tongue.  This was an action Josh had done multiple times.

"You're pretty amazing already." he said. I forced a smile.

His mouth turned into a straight line. "What's wrong?" he asked.

"I just am dealing with some troubles. It's fine. I'll just escape them like... Houdini." I said, smiling.

Vic and I always were amazed by Houdini. We always joked around that I'd be the female version of Houdini, because of the old days when I was a trapeze star and I disappeared a lot.

Vic smiled, and kissed me. "Houdini, eh? We haven't talked about Houdini in a long time." he said.

I smiled. "No since I still climbed up on the rafters." I said. He smiled.

The Next Day

I came out of the change rooms, and Alison quickly gave me my jewelry and applied my makeup. She did my hair, only having to use three of the golden leaf bobby pins this time.

I went out to Vic, and put my arms out. "Ta da!" I said.

He grinned. "Beautiful." he said, pulling me into his embrace.

We went outside, and it was warm out. Vic put his arm around me, and we both got in the black van that was bringing us to the Indies.

(A/N: Okay, I've never actually seen the Indies before, so I'm kinda adding what I want in here. Sorry if it doesn't actually happen.)

I'll admit. It was a little bit overwhelming to see all these huge celebrities on the red carpet. I was scared that they would see me here, and just think I'm an idiot who got lucky.

Realistically I was. I was the youngest person here too.

In my head I kept repeating If things go wrong, just escape like Houdini.

Vic laced his fingers between mine, and I calmed down a bit. He smiled at me, and I wanted to look at his eyes, but that was kinda hard because he was wearing his sunglasses.

He leaned over and kissed me, then we got out of the van. Camera's flashed everywhere, and the crowd cheered.

We walked over to the place Jonathan told me we had to stand to get pictures taken. Vic and I stood still, smiling, and everyone took pictures.

I started to relax a bit, and I gained a genuine smile for the rest of the pictures.

Josh's P.O.V.

"Wait, Lauren's HERE?" I asked.

Indies are a usual thing for us, we've been nominated for three different ones in the last 5 years. This year was our third, and we were nominated for nine.
