"Y/n!!" You opened your eyes, seeing Hagrid and Harry, the characters in your favorite book series, Harry Potter. You blinked twice. Is this real? Or is this just a silly dream? If so, this dream is quite realistic, so you shut your eyes closed.
"Y/n!! Please wake up!! Please. I don't want to lose my only sister. My only family member.." A family member? His only sister? You thought to yourself. Harry never had any sister in the story. He was the only child. Is this real? Nothing makes sense. How could this be? It can't be real. You opened your eyes.
"Are you guys real? Or is this my imagination?.." Harry's face was concerned by your reply "Y/n you're in Hagrid's hut. On your way here, you got your head hurt badly." You looked in shock.
Well, now what? You thought to yourself. If this is real, what happened to you in your original world? What about your family? Your friends? Will you ever get to meet them again? All these thoughts flooded into your head. "Do you mind if I have some alone time?" Hagrid nodded, bringing Harry along outside.
About sometime later, you took a deep breath. "I have no choice but to accept reality." You sighed because you knew you wouldn't accept this very easily. As you stood up, Harry and Hagrid walked in. "I'm sorry for asking too much questions, but please tell me everything about me and how I got here." Hagrid and Harry looked at you in shock. Hagrid sighed "Seems like you lost a lot of memories after that blow to your head." You glanced at Harry. You noticed he was worried by the looks of his trembling hands.
10 minutes passed by, "So you're saying that I used to go to a private school in America, a private school for 'muggles' but I came here to meet my long-lost brother and to add on to that, I'm transferring to Hogwarts? Right in my 3rd year?" Harry looked at you in disbelief. "You really did lose your memories.." Well, no. You didn't lose your memories. You only played dumb to cover up the fact that you aren't from this world. On the good side, at least you get to do what you've always dreamed. To be in Hogwarts.
This is the 1st chapter of your new life. The new beginning.
