Chapter 7:

Monday rolled around and everyone couldn't wait to go back to school to talk about the Party.

Nicole woke up extra early cause she wanted to have a super cute outfit to show off. She was a little nervous if she would see Day Day or not. She couldn't help thinking about the kiss they almost shared. She also couldn't help but thinking about Danielle and her issues.

What if Moses came back?

What if Franz came back?

Would Day Day be there for her like he was before?

The suspense was killing her.

This made her call Danielle on the phone.

**phone dial tone**

**someone picks up the phone**

D: "Hello?"

N: "Hey girl, wassup?"

D: "Heyyy I just got of the phone with Day Day, this is to ironic. "

N: "Shut Up. But did he mention me?"

D:" ummmmm...nahhh. "

N: "are you sure?"

D: "yeaa. "

N: "okay if you say so. But I'm a little worried about us. That's why I called you. "

D: "what's up?"

N: "well the whole Moses thing"

D: "oh wait hold on, my phone is breaking up. Ill just talk to you at school. "

N: "ummm ok I gue..."

**phone cuts off**

For now, Nicole had to wait until she got to school.

Meanwhile at Julian's House...

"So what'a going on with you and Nicole?" Said Langston to Day Day.

"Nothing" said Day Day obviously in denial.

"What do you mean nothing? You almost kissed her at that party on Saturday. Don't tell me that's nothing. " said Julian.

"It was nothing. " said Day Day still denying.

"Whatever. I know what I saw and it looked more than nothing" said Julian.

"Yea whatever." Said Day Day

Day Day's POV:

Everyone needs to stop asking me about Nicole. It is what it is. We are just friends. Yea we almost kissed and whatever, but I don't want her to get caught up and then a repeat of what happened last time. I don't need no more drama in my life. It's bad enough that Franz called me yesterday. I'm still debating whether I should tell Nicole that he called even though I told Danielle. She'll only get more stressed. All I know is Franz and Moses don't need to bring any of their nonsense to New York.

Danielle's POV:

I had to hang up the phone from Nicole. I knew exactly what she wanted to talk about. Moses.

I couldn't talk to her because he was laying in the bed next to me. What did I just do?...
