➝❐ (𝐘/𝐍) ☠ —— 𝘛𝘏𝘌 𝘋𝘙𝘌𝘈𝘔 𝘚𝘌𝘌𝘒𝘐𝘕𝘎 𝘔𝘌𝘙𝘊𝘏𝘈𝘕𝘛 𝘖𝘍 𝘛𝘏𝘌 𝘕𝘌𝘞 𝘞𝘖𝘙𝘓𝘋 … "I am the Child of the Seas!"
The thousand unnamed islands around the world liberated from tyrannical rulers and greedy governors; The prisoners and slaves swimming ashore with crushed chains and freedom back in their hands, shedding the skin of their past and starting anew; The orphans of the heavens setting sail to find meaning to their life.
They are the islanders of no names, stripped away by the very people sworn to protect them. They have no gods for when they prayed to them, no one came. They wished to no stars when the very skies had turned against them and drowned their cries.
Yet, they tell the stories of a seaborne seeker, of a kind merchant with honest eyes and a pure heart, hardened by their past and the burdens on their shoulders.
The islanders thanked them, favored them, and placed themselves in their debt for eternity, for they've done so much more for them than anyone else ever did.
But they do not pray to them — because, for all that they bring freedom in the unpredictable waters, they are one of Davy Jones' own. A true devil of the sea, for they leave nothing behind to tell the tale.
These blessings are their own to keep alive amongst themselves — kept under wraps from the government and the navy, written in the books tucked away in the library from the prying hands of travelers and seafarers.
Perhaps, one day, the world will see what they saw that day, of the traveler in the seas, of a tiny little boat, and of the sound of ringing bells.
