Fuyuki first meet Genya on a mission they chatted and actually got along even though there friendship is bumpy they make it work.
When Fuyuki came to the butterfly mansion he was treated by Aoi, Aoi made Fuyuki feel a funny feeling so know he goes there every week.

Personality: Fuyuki is a quiet and cold hearted as well a cold minded person. He is observant and smart but stubborn and hard to cooperate with. He used to be a bubbly optimistic person but now he is more down to earth and a realist. When Fuyuki is angered enough he will become a reckless, hate powered person. Because of that he can be easily manipulated if you say the right things because in the inside he's an insecure,regretful person.

Backstory:
Being born into a "poor" family Fuyuki worked all the time, just to make a little bit of money for his family. And in all honesty Fuyuki liked working,the sense of accomplishment fueled his happiness. But not everyone can have a perfect family, Fuyuki's parents were always absent in his life,either drinking their life away or going on business trips. But one day in winter a harsh blizzard hit and when it hit Fuyuki was in the snow storm, at the market he started to walk home but chunks of hail fell on him. One fell on his head knocking him out and so Fuyuki was buried in the snow and hail, the cold was to much Fuyuki felt as if he might become the snow. When Fuyuki woke he was in a house with a pot and a fire starting up, he saw a girl much older then him. That was Mitsuri Kanroji the current love pillar but this was when she just became a pillar. Mitsuri took care of the boy giving him food,water and all the love of a sibling as well she decided to adopt him and become his step-sister. She started to train him but it was extremely hard because to use love breathing you need a bending blade so she just used her knowledge about Water breathing and taught him that. But Fuyuki instead created his own breathing style Hailstorm Breathing. And so he went to the Final Selection and survived,in one year he became a Tsuchinoto. He is currently traveling with Mitsuri as her tsuguko.

Hailstorm is deprived of Water breathing,it was founded by Fuyuki Yamashii
Form 1: Striking Shards Of Ice
The user slices the opponent hitting them like broken glass.
Form 2: Snowy Blizzard
Like a blizzard the user strikes the opponent at all angles and slices the neck at the end.
Form 3: Snowstorm Dance
The user moves in a rheumatic  like way slashing everything in its path.
Form 4: Cryofrost Path
The user slashes everything in there path causing confusion to who ever is near.
Form 5: Ending Storm
The user changes there blade holding to one shot the opponent with little to no pain (Mainly inspired by Blessed Rain After the Drought)
Form 6: Harsh Winter
The user puts all there power into 5 slashes to inflect as much pain and power into the 5 slashes.
Form 7: Hailstorms Judgement
The user slices the opponent into little cubes and judges there soul and either says "You are a sinner." Or "You are a saint." Or "You have done bad and good things."
Form 8: Snow Fall
The user cuts the opponent in a flowing manner best used when they are falling downward.
Form 9: Frostbit Evergreen
The user quickly changes there footwork to minimizes there landing time,ideal for fighting in a place with no solid ground.
Form 10: Permafrost
The users blade bends in a way to mimic a snow owl slicing the opponent and gliding peacefully
The breathing style needs the user to be a calm minded person so they can focus on doing the moves with accuracy. It has a lot of power however the breathing takes a toll on the users body forcing them to a have cooler body temperature as well there is always an icy chill in there lungs that might cause bleeding and coughing up blood.
