David Bowie imagine

period

I woke up sleep still in my eyes from the night before with David by my side snoring away like a little baby I sat up and immediately noticed something was wrong

"David...David wake up" I tried to wake up David he flung out of his sleep
"Is something wrong" he said with worry in his eyes
"I started my period David"I said kind of shamefully of myself
"Oh darling one second" he walked into the bathroom and started the shower a few moments later he came back with clean sheets and pieces them in the chair picked me up and took me to the bathroom he left to let me undress and I hopped in while he changed the sheets to the bed we shared just then the flood gates of teers rolled down my cheeks  I then heard a knock on the door
"Darling are you ok in there"you could here the sorrow in his voice
"Yeah I'm fine"I said through sobs I then hopped out the shower and put on my clothes including a pad and walked outside the bathroom
"Why were you crying in there"David said trying to read the expression on my face
"You were hearing things I'm fine"I said putting on a fake smile
"Darling I may be old but I'm not stupid"he said slightly giggling to himself
"Fine I'm just embarrassed,I'll be fine"I said sitting on the bed
"Darling it's natural there's nothing to be embarrassed about"he said hugging my shoulders
"Why don't we sleep in I'll cancel the concert for tonight and just add a extra night on the tour"he said happy about what he had said
"Are you sure I dont wanna be a bother Bowie"I said frowning
"I'm sure sweetheart"he said laying me back down and falling into a deep sleep for a few more hours or so
