"Spamton?" Pink took a step through the doorway, "Doll, are you alright?" It had been almost thirty minutes since Pink had last seen Spamton outside of his room, it was worrying them. However, as they looked past the bed, they found him. They walked over to the curled up puppet, sitting next to him. "What's wrong?"

Pink's heart sank as Spamton looked up at them, showing the flow of tears pouring down his face. The glasses in his hands blurred with static, paired with glitching around the hand he held them in. Pink gently took the glasses from him, their hand beginning to glitch as well, which they fixed by closing them.

They put them to the side, before taking Spamton's hand. Pink gave a small smile, a pop-up appearing by their face, that simply read "Hug?" Spamton hesitated, wiping their face with his hand, nodding slightly. They moved slowly, picking him up and hugging him closely and firmly. Rather than speak, Pink just held him, running their hand through his hair. They were confused, but wouldn't ask yet. They know of his issues, but didn't realize he'd be breaking down suddenly like that. Especially in a safe space. On a hunch, they looked around, trying to see what Spamton was doing before this. Nearby was a mirror, with new damage; there was what seemed to be a punch, some pieces of glass on the ground underneath it. Along with that were a few purple and pink feathers. They looked back at the shirtless puppet boy, hugging him closer.

As his sobs quieted down, the Addison let go of him, sitting him in their lap. Patterns of green stripes and scars were covering his body. Spamton was refusing to look back down at himself and was instead looking at the wall. With a small notification ding, Pink used another pop-up. Spamton looked over, taking his glasses from beside Pink so he could see. "Darling, you know you're beautiful right?" He shook his head, his hands gripping his own arms, covering his chest. Another pop-up appeared, next to Spamton this time.

"I look like everything I hate." Pink sighed. Spamton made another. "My body is tattered and broken. And I can't unsee the wires."

"You're only a bit cracked, we'll fix it."

"[[W-]]...We?" It surprised Pink to hear Spamton actually speak. He'd been quiet for the most part, only speaking when he really needed to. So to talk while crying, that must've been hard to go through with.

"Yeah, I'm here for you. You aren't alone in this, Spams. I'm sure the others would love to help too, if you'd just let them see you."

"NO!" The sudden pop-up appeared right in Pink's face, making him jump. "N-No. They don't [[like me!!]] anymore. Why are you [[even more]] trying?"

Pink placed his hands to Spamton's face, which was shaking and glitching out. "Because I care about you. And they do too, you just gotta trust me."

After a long moment of silence, with occasional whimpers from Spamton, another small pop-up came up. "Can we talk about that later?"

"Of course <3" Pink rubbed their thumb over his cheek, "Cuddles for now?" Spamton nodded, immediately burying himself into Pink's chest. "And can I ask you a question?" There was a mere 'mhm.' from him. "What's with the mirror?"

Spamton grumbled, putting his chin to Pink's chest so he could look up at them. A pop-up popped up. "I didn't like the reflection." "...Spamton, Doll-"

He sat up, gesturing to the lines of scars and green markings from the wires that once constricted his hope. "Just look at me. I'm a mess."

Pink stood up, holding Spamton to them still. "You, my darling, are beautiful no matter what you say." They walked to the kitchen. Spamton didn't mind being carried, but was worried about not being in his room. Suddenly, Pink hoisted him up and placed him onto their shoulders. As Pink made two cups of tea, Spamton was hugging onto their head, slightly dozing off with his head on top of theirs. He only looked up when he felt that Pink sat down. They were now on the couch. Spamton stepped off of Pink's shoulders and plopped down next to them, and took the tea offered to him. They drank in silence.

"Feeling better?" Pink set down their tea.

Spamton set down his tea too, which he'd finished quickly. The scent of the tea alone made him calm down. The flavor, modified to be reminiscent of the very Addison he sat next to, was his absolute favorite. "...Mhm."

Despite the positive answer, Pink noticed that it still sounded tense. They promptly scooped him back up and held him close. "That's good." They gently kissed his forehead. In surprise, Spamton stirred a bit before a faint purr came from his chest. Pink smiled; It made them happy to know that Spamton felt safe.

"Do you still need your glasses? Why don't you take them off, and we can just take a nap." The puppet looked up at him, a blank yet content expression on his face. Pink took his glasses, setting them with the tea. They wrapped their arms around him and leaned onto one of the nearby pillows. Spamton practically latched onto them, purring louder. They purred together for a few minutes until each drifted to sleep, the tone quieting with each deep breath.

Wow okay, thanks for reading! Do let me know what you think.

This really is just me saying "I want to get my thoughts down on paper" and letting it run wild, so please don't put me up to some high standard or expect consistency. I'm only posting it because I think there needs to be more pinkton available. It's a good ship and I can barely find anything to read.
