I awoke in confusion, the sun hitting my eyes. Quickly blinking my eyes, the world came into focus.
"What time is it," I mumbled in confusion.
I picked my phone up off the nightstand an turned it on.
"12:45"
"Fuck," I mumbled.
I jumped out of my bed and sprinted to the bathroom connected to my room.
I woke up way to late for comfort. Even though it was a Saturday morning, I still needed to wake up pretty early. Since it was the second week of summer I was going to the Weasly's house to spend the summer with my bestfriends, Ginny Weasly, Ron Weasley, Harry Potter, and Hermione Granger. I was friends with them ever since I met the Weasley family.
Ron and I met in first year when he spoke out against Proffesser Snape.
Snape asked a random weird question, I wasn't paying attention. Hermione raised her hand but Snape ignored her. Since no one else knew the answer Hermione said it. When she answered Snape got angry and started bullying her.
Then Ron stood up and started defending her.
I hadn't planned to talk to him, but I really amired what he did.
I never really talked to any years above my own, but I just wanted to tell him what he did was an amazing thing. After Hermione and his history.
After that day I started hanging out with him and his friends, Hermione and Harry. I called them the Golden trio every time I saw them, until Ron randomly called us the Golden quad.
It made me feel like real friends between them.
Before I talked to Ron I never really had friends before them. Most muggles thought I was weird for what I was interested in. It's not that I'm necessarily a weird person, I'm just interested in more 'boyish' things. Most muggles now a days are closed minded, and belive girls are for kitchens and boys are for work.
After most of my interactions with muggles, I just kinda assumed everyone was like that.
Most wizards were different though. They were more accepting. Since they knew how muggles acted, they tried harder to not judge people and to make them feel accepted.
After Ron called me that started going to the Weasly's every summer since then. That's when I really started learning more about his amazing sister Ginny Weasly.
Ever since I hung out with her I felt different. It's not that I like spending time with her, it's that I was attracted to her.
I thought I was always attracted to men, but apparently also women.
I always knew I had a weird fascination with women, but not to this extent.
I finally realized I was sitting on the bed staring at the wall. I quickly got up and put on a black, long sleeved, shirt. I slipped a plaid spaghetti strapped dress and some mesh stockings. I through on my favorite black heel boots and went to do my makeup.

I put on some soft eyeshadow and blended it out. I already had pretty long lashes, so I just through on mascara. I finally fixed on some eyeliner and grabbed the bag I packed the night before.
"Molly dear!" I heard my mother call from downstairs.
I sprinted down following the voices.
"Lila." I heard Molly say unenthusiastically.
Molly didn't really like my mother. She only put up with her for the sake of her children. If I didn't come to the Weasley's every summer, Molly would be free of my mom's shit, so to compensate I try my hardest to get my mom out the room.
"Dear, I need to tell you about this conspiracy theory thing I reead about." my mom staed syaing.
"Oh, greeeeeat." Molly said displeasled.
"Hey Mom, do you know where my skates are."
"Oh yeah, gimmie a second Molly, gotta help the child." she said getiing up.
Molly and I watched as my mother left the room.
"Let's go we have about 5 minutes before she tells me to look for the skates myself."
Molly handed me some floo powder and I went to the fireplace.
"The Burrow." I said.
I dropped the powder and the color green filled my eyes. My vision was blurred by smoke and mist. Everything I could see before was completely green fire.
When it cleared I saw the living room of the Weasly's.
I stepped out of the fireplace for Molly to come. I started hearing more fire from behind me.
Molly stepped out of the fireplace behind me.
"I'm home guys." Molly yelled.
"Y/NNNNNN." I heard my favorite Weasly yell.
The fired up red head came running down the steps towards me.
She came down and through herself in my arms.
"Hey." I said hugging her back.
She lifted her face from my neck and looked at me. Her eyes were red and puffy. Her mascara was pouring from eyes, she had been crying.
"Hey what's wrong." I asked.
She looked down at the ground and started sobbing.
"You might want to go up stairs and talk about it." Molly said to us.
"Cmon." I muttered.
We walked up stairs as I rubbed her back to calm her down. As we walked up the stairs we ran into other Weaslys trying to say hi, but in that moment all I cared about was Ginny.
I wanted her to feel better and I would do anything to make her ok.
We made it up to her room and sat on the bed.
"Dean and I...broke up." She said.
I grabbed her and pulled her into a tight hug.
"Gin, you can tell me about if you want, but you don't have to." I said quietly.
She stiffened her nose and shook her head.
"Gin-" I was about to tell her about how I felt women, but then I decided against it.
I didn't want to stress her out with anything more. If I came out to her it would just make everything worse.
"Hm." Ginny hummed.
"Nothing."
Ginny scooted closer to me and wrapped her arms around my torso. She pushed me down and laid on top of me. She closed her eyes gripped me harder. I wrapped arms around her and closed my eyes.
