Coach Ukai's Pov
I wake up and I feel like shit, I sluggishly drag myself from bed and get ready to go to this shitty new job I that I was forced to go by my grandfather.
"Tch why the fuck do I have to have two fucking jobs" as I was walking to my bathroom to get ready my grandfather stoped me. "Keishin, please try you best at this job we need the money"
"Yes, I know how badly we're struggling, so I'll do my best" I walked over and hugged him.
I quickly washed myself and threw on a white t-shirt some sweatpants and black converses. "I'm off pops!" I say as I walk out the door.
The convenience store is about a 5 minute walk from we're I live so I'm glad it's not like on the other side of town. While I'm on my way there I walk past a alley and see the one man getting the shit beat out of him. I decide not to get involved since my head already hurts.
I arrive at the store and see the girl behind counter
She's pretty I wonder if she works in this store.
Ugh- dammit obviously she's behind the counter my hangovers are always so slow I wonder how old she is-
Kassie's Pov
I strange man walks into the store emotionless, but then he stops and stares at me, feeling uncomfortable i snap him out of his thought
"Hello sir?" I say in a annoyed voice.
"Ah I'm sorry, do you happen to be the boss?"
"Yes this is my store, are you keishin ukai?"
Ukai's Pov
She snapped me out of thought, she seemed annoyed well this is not going how I planned..
"Ah I'm sorry do you happen to be the boss?"
I ask all nervous because i just embarrassed myslef.
"Yes this is my store, are you keishin ukai?"
She has a pretty voice.
"Yes that's me I'm supposed to be working here well since your here at the counter do i work in the back or something?"
She walks from behind the counter.
"Follow me please"
You both walk to the back where the stock is and office you notice a picture frame smashed on the desk.
"You will stock up the shelf's and since your new you don't have to click in today but tomorrow you must be here on time. Got it?"
"Yes mrs..?" I say not knowing her name
"Just call me Kassie, ok so any questions"
She talks fast as fuck this is going to be hard if I can barley get a word out.
Kassie's Pov
Oh I forgot I didn't tell him my name well he must be slow it's on my shirt.
"Yes mrs.."
I sigh
"Just call me kassie, ok so any questions"
"No I'm ok"
"Ok get to work" I walk out as I pat his shoulder.
Time skip* ( End of the day)
Ukai's Pov
"Kassie!!, we ran out of canned beer!"
there was no response.
I walked behind the counter and went to her office.
It was empty, there was a room I walked in and saw her sleeping.
She looks so peaceful. I shouldn't wake her.
I walk back out to the front and put a note on the desk.
