No more bad days

Kamijirou week day 1 : Comedy/ hurt comfort

That morning, Jirou woke up on a bad mood. She had stayed up all night doing her homework. She could barely get any sleep.Not only that, she was feeling so sore from yesterday's training. Her whole body ached.

She contemplated whether she should take a day off, but she decided not to. It would waste all the effort doing the homework Mr.Aizawa gave her.

Not to make things worse, but she was late to school, got water spilt on her blazer and Mr.Aizawa just had to give them extra homework. Great.

As soon as she reached UA Heights Alliance, she rushed into her room. Plopping onto her bed. This was the worst day ever. She wanted to just take a nap.

But just as she closed her eyes, someone had to knock on her door. Ugh. She got up from the bed and dragged herself to her door, opening it slightly to see the embodiment of sunshine himself, Kaminari Denki.

"What is it?" She asks, annoyed.

"Ah- I'm here to check up on you, you seemed annoyed the entire day."

"I'm fine." She spat out, she didn't mean to sound rude, but she just wanted this day to be over faster.

"Are you sure? I brought your favorite snacks and movies if you want to watch them together with me. Oh, and I already asked Mr.Aizawa for permission." He took out a laptop with little lightning bolt stickers and a back pack filled with snacks, giving a little smile.

She thought about it, a movie and snacks isn't bad, she could use one of those right now.

"A movie sounds nice actually. Come on in." She let him in, then closing the door.

"Alright, where should I set up my laptop?"

"My room is a mess right now, so you could set it up on my bed if that's alright?"

"Yeah,okay. " He set up the laptop as she took the snacks out of his backpack.

"I think I should go change into something more comfortable." She said, realizing that she's still in her uniform. She took some of her casual clothes and went to go change. Not soon later she returned, seeing that Kaminari was picking the movie.

"Oh, you're back! What movie do you want to watch?"

"This might be a strange suggestion, but do you have A nightmare before Christmas? It's my comfort movie." Jirou walked over to the boy.

"Let me check, I think I have it. Yeah, I have it. Come here." He clicked on the movie and got on the bed, patting the side beside him.

She got on the bed, right next to him. Luckily her bed was big enough for both of them to lie next to each other without any problems.

As the movie started, she opened a bag of chips, offering him some.

As the movie went on, She slightly laughed at Kaminari as he tried to follow Jack Skellington singing "What's this?" And other songs in the movie.

After the movie ended,Jirou felt better, nothing like a movie day to make any bad day better. They decided to watch some compilation videos on YouTube, laughing at them together.

"It's getting late, I should go back to my own room." He says, Checking the time on her clock.

"Alright, let me help you." She cleaned off the bits off chips on her bed and collected the trash from the snacks they ate, throwing them away as he turned his laptop off.

He placed the laptop in his backpack, checking if he left anything else behind.

"Alright, I think that's all of my things." He closed his backpack.

"Um, Kaminari, Can you come here for a bit?" Jirou looked at him, playing with her earphone jacks.

"Oh yeah, what is it?"

Jirou stood up, got on her tippy toes and kissed his cheek. "Thank you for today, that was fun." She says, a light pink blush appearing on her face.

After a few minutes of silence,Jirou looked up to see that he's short circuited again.

"Whey~~" There he goes again, he fried his brain yet again. And no matter how many times it happens, Jirou always laughs, It's still funny.

"You're so- " She cuts herself off, laughing.

She didn't get to finish that sentence.

And now this day became 100% better.
