contorted into a devilish
grin as he visibly got even
more excited than he
already was.

y/n gave akaashi a
suspicious look but
decided not to question
him.  akaashi sent her
a smug smile and
stood, picking up koji
and chuckling.

akaashi keiji
"we should probably get
going, huh, ko?"

akaashi keiji
"it's late and you have
school tomorrow."

y/n stood up in protest.

"wait wait wait."

"you're going to leave me
with them?"

she pointed to bokuto and
aimi in the kitchen who
seemed to be in their own
world together.

akaashi laughed.

akaashi keiji
"you'll be okay."

y/n gently smacked his
shoulder, scoffing.

"but... i know he's going
to ask about... you know—"

she pointed to herself and
then to him and gave him
a panicked look.

"i mean, you know he's
going to ask."

akaashi nodded.

akaashi keiji
"yeah..."

akaashi keiji
"i mean, i haven't told him
yet."

akaashi keiji
"uh, i guess if he does end
up asking, just give him
vague answers so i can tell
him myself later."

y/n nodded.

"yeah, okay. i'm going to hide
in my room anyway and hope
they don't bother me."

the two laughed.

akaashi koji
"what are you talking about?"

akaashi shook his head.

akaashi keiji
"don't worry about it, bud."

akaashi keiji
"okay, time to go. say bye to
y/n."

y/n smiled as akaashi turned
his back to her so koji could
see her. koji waved happily.

akaashi koji
"bye y/n!"

y/n waved back.

"bye bud!"

akaashi turned back around
to face y/n.

akaashi keiji
"i'll see you later."

akaashi keiji
"i had fun tonight."

he sent her a wink which
made her blush.

"uh- yeah...me too."

"see you soon."

she smiled and akaashi smiled
back before walking toward
the door.  he said a quick goodbye
to bokuto and aimi, and then he
was gone.

as soon as akaashi was gone,
y/n hauled ass back to her
room to avoid confrontation
at all costs. she locked her door
and climbed into bed, grabbing
her laptop and turning on the
show she was currently
watching.

she picked up her phone
and sent a text to akaashi
telling him to let her know
that he got home safely,
and promptly fell asleep
about ten minutes into the
episode.

she didn't even hear bokuto
banging on her bedroom
door.
