Chapter 2

*5 months later*

Emily's POV

Me and Liam have been dating for 5 months now and tonight is our 30th date. Liam is making us a home-cooked meal for dinner. I have just got here and I have put on a flowery knee-length dress and trainers. When I knocked on the door he opened it straight away.

He grabbed hold of my hand and brought me inside. He was a proper gentleman all night and after we had eaten the casserole and the homemade chocolate cake he leaned in to kiss me. Just before he kissed me I said sorry and ran out of his house. He chased me and after about 10 minutes of chasing me he caught up.

"Why did you run away? I'm so sorry if I offended you in any way. I just..."

"You didn't offend me"

"Why did you run away then?

"I have something that I have to tell you"

"What do you have to tell me?"

"I am a ghost and only you can see me"

"What? You're a ghost?"

"I thought if you kissed me then found out I was a ghost you would..."

"I would never leave you, Em. Even if you are a ghost."

"That's good to hear. I was caught in a car crash when I was 17"

"I am so sad to hear about that. Who else can see you?"

"Your friends I think"

"No one else other then me and them"

"Yes"

"Okay. You're my girl and I will never leave you."

Liam's POV

Emily is a ghost. I have to get my head around that. I'm actually alright about that. I have actually fallen for her....hard. I grabbed hold of her hand and took her back to my house. When we got there we decided to watch a movie, I put my arm around her and she fell asleep on my chest. I kissed her on the nose, picked her up, tucked her in and whispered "goodnight beautiful" I noticed that her clothes had changed. She told me before that she can just imagine any clothes and they appear on her. I think that's an awesome thing to be able to do. I put on my pyjamas and tucked myself in next to her. I put my arms around her waist and fell asleep straight away.
