Ok so basically I was rewatching the Thomas Thorne affair,I was actually binge watching season 2 but same thing, and I realised that Francis, Thomas's cousin, last name was button right? And fanny button married Francis buttons grandson and therefore the house was named " button house"
And I just realised after Thomas found out that Francis betrayed him nearly two hundred years later, that every time mike and Alison have like a wedding there or do a documentary or something and mention the name button house, Thomas thinks of Francis obviously as his last name was button he then then thinks of his like love thing with Isabel and then Francis betraying him and then leading to his death so every time button house is mentioned i think that's what Thomas thinks of and I'm depressed now because of that because I think bbc ghosts did all of the ghosts dirty and that they deserved a better ending. I am also a Francis button hate account I hate him as much as I hate spiders and that's ALOT
