It all started in first grade. Stella and Milly were twin sisters, not identical but they were born on the same day by the same mom. They moved to Lisa's school from a different state. They almost immediately became popular. They were related to rich people, like very very rich people their uncle, grandpa, and their whole family were rich. Lisa had her friends and they had their friends but Lisa, Stella, and Milly weren't friends yet. Sometimes Lisa would see them in the hall and want to be their friend, but she thought that they would say no because they were popular. So Lisa was scared and just minded her own business and left them alone. Sometimes in the halls, they would pass each other and glance at each other and say hi or something. They were super nice. Even though they were nice, Lisa was still too shy to talk to them. She thought there was no way that they would want to be friends with a girl like Lisa, and thought they would just stick with the cooler kids, and stay away from the "less popular" kids like Lisa. So time went by and they never really saw each other in the halls much. It would only happen on rare occasions. The rest of school just seemed like a blur after that. Then summer was coming, and they would be going into the second grade.
