Grimace T. Jackson was born on a planet named Gonga and lived there until he was about 5. He was raised in the North Pole for the majority of his childhood and became best friends with a polar bear. Grimace is an anthropomorphic creature who loves milkshakes, coke and ice cream. Him and his family moved to America when he was 19 and he got his job at McDonalds a few years after moving. He worked at McDonald's from the 70s to the early 2000s and was unfortunately treated unfairly because he had purple skin. On top of that, he used to be perceived as an evil monster even though all he wanted to do was entertain kids. Luckily McDonalds changed his image to a kinder and charming creature.
One mystery that has a lot of theories behind it is the disappearance of two of Grimace's arms. He used to have four arms and now only two remain. Some people think they might’ve gotten amputated or possibly lost in a shark attack but Grimace has not yet confirmed which theory is true.
There’s also a rumour that’s been going around for a while now, that Grimace and the Cookie Monster are secretly dating. Grimace is pansexual but the Cookie Monster is straight so we know this is not true. But Grimace feels honoured that people could think he’s in a relationship with him.
After all the bad stuff McDonalds put Grimace through there was one thing that scarred him. He says he hasn’t been the same since. One night Grimace was finishing his shift and went to the play pen to go clean it up but when he went inside he saw it moving back and forth roughly. We can’t say exactly what was happening because we need to keep things PG but he witnessed Ronald McDonald and the Hamburglar doing something horrifying in the play pen. Immediately after, he quit his job and sued Ronald McDonald for emotional distress.
Luckily he won the lawsuit which was a huge miracle, and now with the money, he has opened up his own chain of fast food restaurants named McGrimace. The first few weeks of his new fast food restaurant being opened were tough because he still had that image of Ronald McDonald and the hamburglar in his head. He started recovering but then started receiving backlash from people claiming he is copying McDonalds name.
The Grimace Nation, (also known as the Grimlets) have his back and have been supporting him throughout his whole journey. Grimace fans have even been calling Apple headquarters to demand that they make a Grimace emoji. Grimace is so thankful for his fans' love that one time he even showed up to a fan’s birthday party to surprise them.
Every St Patrick’s day, Grimace's uncle comes from Mullingar, Ireland to hand out special milkshakes to customers at McGrimace. His uncle, (Uncle O’Grimacey) also used to work for McDonalds but left after he heard the horrifying news of what Grimace saw. He joined Grimace's business and works there but only for one day a year. On St Patrick’s day, little toy figures of Uncle O’Grimacey will appear in kid’s Grappy meals and are worth lots of money since it’s so rare that you can get one.
McDonalds has been trying to sue Grimace for supposedly stealing their company name and the name for happy meals. Lots of people agree that Grappy meals aren’t a rip off of happy meals and that Grappy meals are even better because they aren’t made from a racist clown. The Grimlets have been trying to spread the word and tell people to not eat at McDonalds but since it is one of the most famous fast food places it will be difficult to run them out of business.
Grimace says that the most important things to him in life are milkshakes and his family. He tries to see his family as much as he can but it’s hard because they live all around the world. His brother and great great grandma live in Gonga, his twin sister named Wisteria lives in New York, his uncle lives in Ireland, his grandma (Winky) lives in Brazil and he has two aunts who live in France. He visits his aunts and grandma the most frequently because he loves going to Brazil and France.
Travelling is one of his favourite things to do but unfortunately he can’t do it much since he owns a company.
He has been accused of copying a character from the TV show HR “pufnstuf” but Grimace takes no inspiration from anyone. He’s a fashion icon and knows it. The amount of haters that Grimace has had to deal with is very unfortunate but he’s happy with his life and very successful so haters don’t bother him.
