So dream, Tommy, and sapnap are brothers. And dream and tommy are basically twins. They don't look alike but they are still twins and that's why sapnap called dream brother. Niki said twins and she was referring to dream and tommy. Also tommy is in a platonic relationship with TimeDeo. And the "family dinner" is just a big god get together.
