"RESOLVE" The Canceled Reboot

(Note: I decided to keep the extra content separate from the original fanfic novel. I apologize for any inconvenience.)

Originally, I did not plan "Connections." I had just become a huge fan of WMMAP and started writing. I had a brief idea of what I wanted to happen, but it just did not work out. Because I had no plan, no clear vision of what I wanted to happen, I got stuck on many parts. I kept going like this for months until I decided that this jumbled mess wasn't going to work and decided to make something new.

WMMAP: RESOLVE

A re-write of "Connections." I was going to take the writing completely in my own hands and start fresh with the same overall concept. I realized that the real Jennette in Spoon's comic had wasted potential, and decided to re-write her character and parts of Lovely Princess. I wanted Ijekiel (Izekiel, according to Spoon's speedpaint where she spelled out his name herself) to actually love Jennette so I wouldn't need to deal with the spaghetti mess that's in the comic (not saying the comic is bad, just that things get really twist-y and complicated).

I wanted Lily to stick with Athanasia because she's quite an important person, if you think about it. She RAISED this version of Athanasia. Athanasia would be built based on Lily's love for her. I shouldn't treat Lily like a side character, not in this story. I wanted Lucas to not be so old. So I began writing a full chapter-by-chapter plan. I completed the plan. Here is a summary of how this story would have went:

Athanasia escapes her execution with Lily and Athy. Athy gives them money, she sticks around a few days to help them find jobs, they grow close, Athy leaves. Athanasia is a teacher, teaching a little girl named Rielle/Riella. Lily becomes the nanny of a young couple's baby. Jennette comes, in this story, as Athanasia's friend. Jennette wakes up from her sleep from her aunt's poison and searches for Athanasia. Athanasia recognizes Jennette out on the street and Jennette gives her a house, keeping it a secret from Claude. Athanasia and Lily move there. Athanasia stumbles across Lucas, convincing him to teach her magic. They become friends.

Jennette visits Athanasia a few times, bringing Izekiel along, until Claude gets suspicious and finds Athanasia. He cuts her in the arm and chases her, when suddenly he collapses (because of the black magic he used on himself to forget Diana). Athanasia gets away. She becomes closer with Lucas. They develop feelings. Years pass, no one remembers Athanasia anymore, except Jennette of course.

They attend Jennette's birthday, Athanasia and Lucas dance and have their moment. One day, Athy returns, warning them of Anastacius. Athy leaves. Athanasia and Lucas form a plan to save Claude from dying of black magic. They go. The plan is that Lucas distracts Anastacius so that Athanasia can teleport her and Claude away. Athanasia panics and messes up, casting an unknown spell on Claude instead.

Lucas hurriedly gets them out of there and they discover that Claude has lost some of his memories. He was no longer dying because Athanasia casted a physical reversal spell on his body, as well as a blocking-out memory spell. This was because of deep feelings inside of her wishing to go back to the time when she was a young child, where none of these crazy events happened. Claude wakes up. They grow close over time.

Jennette and Izekiel are in charge temporarily, with Ananstasius trying to manipulate them behind the scenes. Jennette and Anastasius grow close. The plan is for Claude to trust them and regain his memories, so Jennette won't have the burden of taking full responsibility of the throne so suddenly. Lucas is powerful, so of course Anastasius wouldn't be a problem.

Claude gets his memories when Athanasia opens up to him, they meet with Jennette and fill her in, they trick Anastasius and bind him in prison. Things are happy again. The end.

I wrote this from memory so it may not be filled with complete detail. I will post the complete plan after this, which again, may look like nonsense since I didn't intend on showing it to anyone else.
