In the morning, Jade, Alice, Rosalie, Esme and I make plans for shopping that day. After jumping in the salty water yesterday, I took a long hot shower and had to make the water hotter with my mind because it wasn't enough for my icy, lifeless skin.
I stand under the boiling water that turns to steam as soon as it it hits my cold skin. We need a sauna. Soon, the water turns colder and colder until it's just hailstones falling out of the shower head. I sigh, step out of the shower and wrap a towel around my body before opening the door to see my twin with an annoyed look on her face and her arms crossed.
'We do need to leave sooner or later!' she thinks to me and I sigh.
'I hate you.' I think and close the door again.
I quickly dry my body and hair before putting my white butterfly tee-shirt with blue jeans and red and white sneakers on and looking in the mirror. I clear the steam off with my mind and look at my bronze hair. I straighten it in a spit-second and comb the fringe down at the front before smiling then walking out the door.
'Oh, you missed it, we're currently in the middle of world war seven.' Jade thinks and I sigh again.
'Let me just grab a hat.' I think and go into my bedroom.
I grab a red and black striped beanie and a pair of 'Ray Ban' sunglasses before I flit back out to Jade.
'Happy?' I think and she sighs.
'Let's go.' she replies and flits down the stairs.
The house is silent bar Edward's piano playing. I follow my twin and he stops playing when he sees us.
"Jade, Hailie." he says, catching our attention. "We got presents for you because of what you did to the house." he says and I smile.
"Edward, you are too nice to us." I say and he grins.
"Come on." he says and flits into the other room and down the stairs.
We follow to see him waiting at the bottom of the stairs in the garage for us.
"Come on, I don't bite! Well, I wont bite you!" he jokes and we smirk as we walk down towards him.
When we get to the bottom of the steps, he puts his hands over our eyes and begins to lead us forwards.
"Edward, what's happening?" Jade asks.
"Just go with it! You're going to love this!" Alice says and we smile.
"Ready to open your eyes?" Rosalie asks.
"Yes Rosalie!" I say and Edward takes his hands off our eyes.
There in front of us, was two motorbikes, one gold, one silver, along with our entire Cullen family.
"Surprise!" Jasper says and I feel literally ecstatic!
"You guys got these for us?!" Jade asks.
"Well, you did an amazing job on the house, you deserve them." Rosalie says and I look at the gold one.
"I love you all SO much!" I say and everyone smiles.
"It was Rosalie, Jasper and my idea." Edward says from behind me and Jade hugs him.
"Guys, we can't drive this in public, we're only fourteen as far as the world is concerned." I say and look up at Carslile, who is still smiling.
"Hailie, you know me better than that!" Jasper says and takes two things out of his pocket.
He hands one each to us and I look at mine:
