*3 days later - prom *
Elena put on her navy blue silk long mermaid style dress and has her hair done and is looking in the mirror waiting to put on her necklace then Damon stands in the doorway staring at her amused."wow,your so beautiful" Damon said shocked and walks in the room to Elena and they both kiss each other."Thankyou, you look dashing"Elena said laughing."Thankyou" Damon said grabbing Elena's necklace "think your missing something" as he moves her hair to the side and put it on her. Elena turns around to face Damon and they both stare into each other's eyes."Thankyou"Elena said."your welcome,let's get going" Damon said and they walked out of the house holding hands leaving Stefan to go the prom alone. Then they heard a beep, it was Elena's phone.

Caroline: where are you??
Elena: I'm coming I will be there in 5 minutes
Caroline: ok but hurry I'm getting lonely
Elena: ok don't worry
Elena and Damon arrive at the prom and meet Caroline."hey guys!"Caroline says as she walks up fast to hug Elena and then to Damon."come on!"Caroline says showing them the way.
