Taeil: Hello! I'm part of the team from precinct 127, same one the previous guest Sicheng is from. We've hit our wit's end with the Cypher cases and we have each of their videos downloaded and on file. Part of the reason why I'm here today is in hopes that someone will help out with Cypher, but Charlatan has become the precinct's first priority and since Cypher is the first and only one to have such clear video evidence up to date, we don't have a choice but to bend over and give them props.

Mark: Very well put, Mr. Moon! Crazy to think that people are starting to rally behind this whole Charlatan thing, have you seen the streets in front of the capital? It's crazy!

Johnny: Now that there's a number one public enemy, people want vigilantes back. But it's not like we don't have any left, but at the same time people are wondering why they're not doing anything. I've seen people calling out Blackguard, calling out Spades, La Rouge, literally anyone we have wind of that's still active.

Taeil: It's true, the precinct has received various phone calls even asking for us to release Stranger, or Ten as people know him, but it's not that easy. Even he has said that he doesn't want to be left out alone right now.

Johnny: And everyone had no clue what to do until Cypher dropped that video. Who would've thought that the feared Criminal was just a normal guy?

Mark: I think that's what everyone is, in the end, just normal people.

Johnny: I mean, except for a few vigilantes. Some of them are... weird.

Taeil: Mutations, right. Mostly chemical spills, nuclear accidents, etc. The government offered special treatments for them but it would also require exposing their identities to the public, and thus only two or three people accepted, as I'm sure you know.

Johnny: Siren, Monster, and Misfit, right?

Taeil: Yeah, well, Sunmi, Chanyeol, and Sungchan, specifically. Sunmi was uh...

Mark: The one with the tail?

Taeil: Yeah! Her, I always thought that must have been so uncomfortable.

Johnny: I remember in an interview she mentioned that it would get in the way of a lot of things, and knock over a lot of things too. She was one of the first public vigilantes because, well, you really can't hide that... tail...

Mark: I always thought it was pretty cool... it made her look super cool. Monster, on the other hand, that poor guy.

Taeil: Enhanced physique and thought processes at the expense of language, pretty rough. But he's among the missing too, he was on the Charlatan's lists aside Misfit, the telekinetic.

Mark: Which is totally fucking awesome, I mean, the accident wasn't, but like the fact that he can move things with his mind are crazy...

Shotaro: We actually know each other.

Mark: No way! Oh shit, wait, I'm so sorry.

Shotaro: It's fine... Sungchan's a strong guy, I'm sure he's kicking somewhere.

Johnny: Sunmi's under high security right now too, right?

Taeil: Yeah, we're suspecting she might be next. It seems that the Charlatan is targetting anyone and everyone that had direct contact and working with vigilantes. In the Charlatan's first list, the previous head of our precinct was there. We thought it was a joke until he didn't show up for work the next day... then, well, you know what happened next. Since that day a couple of months ago we've delegated more and more detectives but nothing. Until Cypher dropped that image along with emailing us a file of everything he knows on it.
