In the dragon world there were many houses, and clans and tribes, but the ones that were above that was the council's. A group of high bloodline warden dragons to exist in history. Though time went on the councils either had spread into other dragon bloodlines and evolving into other species. Only three so far remained from the councils, that are pure blood wardens, river who came from the thunder frost council, gargontix who came from the xeno council and then Styx who came from the star council. The reason why these three remained was because they were the strongest councils back then and still are.
