I was in the batroom brushing my long redish brown hair after just getting out of the shower. I was in my gold and black shiny bikinni because i was getting ready to swim with Ruby in her pool. "Ahhhhhh!" I heard coming from my best friend, Ruby's, room.
I ran all the way down stairs and busted through her bedroom door. "Ruby, what's going on are you okay. What happen-" Wow mama! I saw a really cute guy standing in her room. He had blonde/brown hair, big brown eyes, and was about 5' 10'' I hope he couldn't tell that I was so obviousley checking him out. Then I realized what I was wearing and suddenly felt really self concious and used my arms to cover up as best as I could.
"Gabi? Is that you?" His voice was so soft and..... British? Who is this man? I thought maybe It was Ely, Ruby's brother, but now that couldn't be possible. When he left California a year ago, he definitley had an american accent.
"Um are you Judd? Rubys new boyfriend?" I gave him a confsed look, still trying to cover my half naked body. He smiled with his strait/white teeth and winked.
"No it's me, Ely." I walked up to him and poked his cheek. Then he envolped me in a hug and everything came back to me.
*One Year Ago*
"Ely?!!!" I was playing hide and seek and it had been like 15 minutes, I think I'm losing. I walked into his room and there he was, shirtless in the middle of the floor.
"Hey." He said in a low voice. "You're slow." I looked down in embarassment and stared at the floor. I felt his warm hands grab my cheeks and lift my head up. His big brown eyes starred in my green ones. He smiled bright, leaned down, and kissed me. This was my first kiss and it was as amazing as it was in fairytales. I felt like a princess. I suddenly realized that over the summer I had fallen in love with Ely. When he pulled away, his eyes were sad.
"What's wrong?" I Searched is face and his eyes for an answer, anything, but I wasn't prepared for this.
"I'm moving to englad. I leave tonight. I'm not sure when I'll be back though." My heart had been broken into 500,000,000 little pieces that night. I was so hurt that I haven't loved since.
