"Jem, just... Leave me alone!"sigaw na pagtaboy niya sa'kin, I didn't listen to her instead i couped her cheeks and kiss her.
"I will never leave you, Dana"
"Pero kalaban na na'tin ang batas, Jem"she said, marahan 'kung pinagdikit ang noo na'min at pinikit ang mata 'ko habang ang dalawang kamay 'ko ay nasa magkabilang pisnge niya. "Hinatulan na nila ko'nang, shoot to kill order"dugtong niya, napalunok 'ko sa sinabi niya at mariin na pinikit ang mata 'ko.
"Wa-wala... 'Kong pak-pake"sabi 'ko, kumalas naman siya sa posisyon na'min kaya minulat 'ko ang mata 'ko.
"A-ano sab-sabi mo?"
"I said, i don't care. Wala na'kong pake 'kung ano ang ipapataw nila sa'yo basta't kasama mo'ko... You will be safe, I'm a Lawyer Dana and i know the La---"
"But you're not that strong to fight for this, Jem. Tandaan mo'yan na isa 'to sa mga kahinaan mo"sapaw niya, huminga naman ko'nang malalim at nag-iwas nang tingin. "So, you better... Get out of my sight and leave me alone, I don't want you to get involved for this shits of mine!"pagtaboy muli ne'to sa'kin, i look at her in full of disbelief.
"Ganyan ba kahina ang tingin mo sa'kin, Dana? Do you think people will call me REYNA NANG KORTE 'kung! Hindi 'ko naipanalo ang mga laban na dapat ay matalo na?!"i yelled in frustration and anger, she pushed back her hair and swatted all of her stuffs that is on her office table.
"Jem, you didn't get my point here"
"Then, tell me what you're pointing about Dana!"
"I'm pointing out in this argument of us is..."she paused and avoid my gaze.
"Is that you're a criminal? And I'm a Lawyer? 'Yun ba? Dahil ba ang batas na pinaniniwalaan 'ko ay ang batas na ayaw mo? 'Yun ba'yun, Dana?! Well, i got it! I fully fucking got it!"
"'Yun naman pala e, naintindihan mo naman pala pero bakit ang tigas nang ulo mo? Bakit ang hirap mong paki-usap na umalis na? Bakit, Jem?"
"Because I love you!"sagot 'ko at tinignan siya, I'm trying my best not to cry in front of her but my eyes and heart betrayed me. "Be-because... I... Lo-love you... Oh god! I'm now inlove with the MAFIA BOSS"
"I love you too but... You can't live a life like what other people live, Jem"saad niya, she held my hand and kiss the back of it. I close my eyes when her lips touch my hand. "Just go away and live the life that will suits you... Take care of our son, Attorney"
