I began to walk back to the wall to meet Karkat but as I got there, there was raised voices and a crowd. I quickened my pace to a run and as i got to the crowd i proceded to pushed through. They were chanting 'FIGHT' over and over. I looked over the chanters to the opening in the middle to the two students scrabbling in the middle. The one was blonde with shades the other white.... Shit! KK! He swang at the blonde. His shades went to the ground. He looked at Karkat with his burning red then looked away and dived for his glasses. KK straddled the blonde and raised a fist. I pushed forward to Karkat and looped my arms through KKs armpits and pulled him back. He flailed his legs and growled.
"Chill KK. It'th only me, thhit." I breathed and Karkat relaxed into my arms. The blonde stood and replaced the shades of his face.
"Not cool bro." He started to walk away. Both of them still had their fists clenched and I'm sure Strider's lip was burst and bleeding and a black eye was forming.
I let my arms loosen round KK and let him go.
"You oki now KK?" I looked over to Karkat. As we walked away. He looked over his shoulder to the crowd which was dispersing slowly.
"Yes just fine Sollux." I smirked thinking about KK beating the blonde kid.
"Who wath blondie you beat the thit out off?" He frowned and shot a glare.
"Who else than other Dave Fucking Strider himself!!" I didnt want to push him but i'm so curious about what happened, Ill ask later. We continued down and away from the high school until I put my hand on his shoulder and steered him to cross the road towards our god send of the night Blockbusters.

We walked in and I followed KK because he was like a magnet to all romcoms. I glimced at some cool horror films along the way. 'Maybe i can persuade KK if we can watch a horror before...' I thought.
I turned to KK and opened my mouth. "No Captor we're not getting any horrors you know how freaked out I get"
"Come on KK! Pleathe. One? It'll be a PG 13 one if it has to be." Karkat sighed and nodded, giving into my persistence. I grinned and patted his shoulder and left him be, to find a shitty romcom.
"You know where to find me KK." I called. I walked to the horror isle.
I stood taking in all the horrors but i had to limit myself for KK. I picked up something called 'Nightmare on Elm street' funny, never seen this one before and i've seen all of the horrors here. Well this was the one to freak Karkat outta his skin. I walked back and met KK half way he'd picked out something called Cuban fury. I walked over to the desk and smiled at the worker who was a fine woman. I handed her the films and she raised an eyebrow at the romcom KK picked out. I pointed to the smaller guy and whispered to her.
"Hith choithe" she nodded and giggled as I payed her. We left shortly after, i waved to her as we left. She had a small glow on her cheeks. She gave me her number. I looked it over and I heard a groan emit from Karkat, fuck I got him in one of those moods. I grinned and held him from behind, wrapping my arms round his waist. He shuddered in my grip.
"Get off Sollux. I ain't in the mood for your flirting shenanigans."(god I love that word) I grinned into his neck as I slightly nuzzled. He shuddered again.
"KK you know I ain't gunna call her. Cauthe you know I'm only into guyth" he turned into my arms and hugged me. Cute when he's like this, vulnerable. I returned the hug by squeezing him.
"Come on crabby letth watch thome movieth and get pitha." I walked forward and bent my arm for Karkat to hold, which he did.
We walked back to my place and walked in. "park your ath down KK and chill. Kick back and relath" I leaned back on the counter and flipped out my phone. I looked through my phone for any texts from Tuna. A video of him and Latula doing some sick tricks. I smiled as I watched. One this tuna was good at even after the accident was his skateboarding.
"Lispy Bee. When we having this pizza?" He turned and leaned in the sofa cushion. I turned my head away from the video to him.
"Put the horror film in first and tell me what pitha you want." He groaned and grabbed the disk from the case and shoved it in the Xbox. I changed the channel to the home-scene.
"Pepperoni 'cause you cant beat it." He began to sort the film out and I placed the order. One large half and half, pepperoni and meat feast.
I jumped down on the sofa by Karkat. He jumped by the sound.
"'Thup KK" I stretched my arms out across the back of the sofa and I looked at the terrified Karkat. The film had started to play(MAGIC BITCHES).
We watched for a good 45 minutes until the pizza came. As the door bell rang Karkat squealed and hid is face in one of the supplied pillows. I got up a whimper from KK not wanting me to go. I opened the door with the money and payed for the pizza, tip for the trouble for coming out to the house. The delivery guy smiled and walked off to his company vehicle.
"Pitha KK." He peeked his head over the sofa to look. He grinned. I sat back down with KK and opened the box. He dug in. I continued to watch more of the horror before eating a slice.
(Laziness from an author)After running through the last 30 minutes of the Freddy Crugar, I got forced into watching KKs romcom, Cuban fury. To be honest it was that bad and was actually funny. I looked over to KK as the film was coming to the end, he was enjoying himself, smiling almost. I edged toward his face, seeing how close I could get. "Hey KK" he turned his head, our lips brushed one another's before smashing our foreheads together. We both cradle our heads, laughing it off. "You wanna thtay the night? Or want to thleep in your own bed?"
"Take no offence Captor but I'd rather my own bed."
"None taken. Come on then I'll walk you back." I turned of the Xbox and TV. I picked up KKs bag and continued out the door. He followed close behind.
It had gotten cold and dark, I forgot my hoodie. Shit. We continued down the road in silence. Shit I shouldn't of gotten that close to Karkat. We got half way before we stopped.
"Sollux?"
"Yeth KK?" I looked down at him and he looked up to me.
"thanks for today. You made it better." I smiled at him "bend down"
"Okay???" I did what I was told. He hesitated slightly before pressing his lips to mine, I pushed mine back. It felt like heaven... he moved away from me and walked away back to his own house, he was flushed bright red. I stood there dumbstruck trying to process what just happened between us. I continued to think about it as I walked back to the empty hive. I kept thinking about it until I feel asleep into limbo.
