"You never needed it anyway!" Shouted Michael after he threw my moms phone in the pool.It was the only thing that made me feel close to her and the only thing that had her videos and images of her before she got diagnosed with Alzheimer's if you don't know what that is it's when you lose your memory. You start to forget and forget and so every day it gets worse and worse (you can die from it). I left the party and headed straight to the care home to see her. "Mum!" I exclaimed. "Who..are you?" She said. "It's me mum it's me Luke remember? Your son" I shouted as I started to heavily weep .I closed my eyes until I felt someone's cold fingers touch my eyes and wiped my ears away. "It's going to be okay,I love you" she said.Even though she couldn't remember anything she still was the one to let me cry on her shoulder.There was a way she could remember and get rid of the dementia but me and my dad could not afford it and money was already tight due to the care home bills. I knew she was going to die soon but I prayed every night and still had hope.
