Prologue

Aidens POV:
It all started in 5th grade...

I had a military dad so when i was told we were moving to Florida it wasn't really a surprise I was basically used to it at this point.

However, I was still worried about making friends I don't want to be that weird loner kid that people make fun of.
~The next day~
"Wait honey let me walk you to your class I want to meet your teacher" My mom said to me while getting out of her car.

"Mom no that's so embarrassing they're gonna make fun of me if they see you" I whined

"Don't be silly sweetie everyone loves a mama boy" She said

"Whatever"
After walking which seems like forever we finally get to my class. I stare at the door thinking about how my life is going to change once I open it.
"Are you gonna open it or what" My mom said to me
I open the door and immediately everyone turns their head to me but what really stands out to me is this boy. He has somewhat curly black hair and beautiful brown eyes "wow i really want to be his friend" I think to myself

"Okay sweetie I have to go now have fun" My mom says while walking out the door
"Woah you must be really close with your mom" The kid with the curly brown haired said to me
"Yeah I guess" I said nervously
"That's pretty cool I love a mama's boy"
"I'm Josh by the way" He puts his hand out
"I'm Aiden" I said while shaking his hand

And ever since then we've been the best of friends but what if we could be more- wait no that's gay I can't think like that I'm straight i swear
