Lazy Saturday

It was noon on a Sunday, I was sitting on my bed with my back up against the headboard scrolling on my phone, I was extremely bored and waiting for a very important text. When Lizzie stormed in. I immediately assumed she was having a meltdown and prepared for the worst, but when she turned around she looked... happy?

She hadn't noticed me until I stood from my bed, shocking her almost she grinned widely towards me. "I just convinced dad to let us have a school dance. Like a prom in a normal school!" She squealed the last bit excitedly.

"Wait seriously?" I asked, still kinda shocked. "Yeah seriously, and you're gonna have to help me plan it!" She suddenly snapped into a serious voice. I smiled at her, she reminds me of mum when she gets in an organising mood. But before she can boss me around I quickly slip out the door, mumbling about being late for something.

I wonder around the halls, kinda bored as I keep checking my phone, I eventually decide to go to the kitchen to get a snack, to try and pass the time.

As I'm rummaging through the fridge pulling out ingredients for a sandwich, I feel a buzz in my pocked, excited that she finally messaged I pull out my phone, only to see it's from Lizzie: "don't think you get out of helping me that easily, we'll talk later. Also tell you're puppy that she's helping too!" I roll my eyes but simply reply with a thumbs up.

As I turn to go back to making my sandwich my phone buzzes again, I lazily glance at it assuming it was Lizzie but this time it wasn't, this time it was exactly who I was waiting on.
"Ok Jo, I'm done studying, we can hangout now." I grin at my phone and reply "I'll be there in 3 minutes max, and I'll bring snacks!"

I hurriedly throw all the ingredients for my sandwich back away and grab heaps of snacks  and chocolate from the pantry, whether she likes it or not we're watching a movie and cuddling I think to myself.

As I make my way through the halls, getting a few weird looks at the pile of food in my hands, I finally make it to her door. I don't even bother knocking as I open the door just enough for me to slip in and close it with a kick of my foot. "You're officially one minute late Saltzman."

I look up and am met with those piercing blue eyes and mischievous grin, as she sits on her bed against the headboard reading a book. Dumping the snacks on her desk I run towards my beautiful girlfriend before jumping in her lap, straddling her and embracing her for a long hug.

"Hi Jo" she grumbles "hi baby, I missed you." I smile into her neck, breathing in her intoxicating scent. "Josie we literally saw one another this morning at breakfast" she laughs at me. I pull away slightly so I can look at her, "I know, but I was so bored waiting for you to text me." I sulk with a fake pout.

Hope
Josie looks at me with that adorable pout I smile leaning in to kiss it away, "better?" I tease. "No, I think I need another.." she says as she leans in to kiss me again, this time it was not a small sweet kiss, this was filled with lust, hunger and passion. She continued to kiss me until air became completely necessary. I smile pulling away "and this is why you couldn't hangout while I was study"

We both giggle as I nestling my head in her neck and resting my hands on her hips as she is still straddling me and running her fingers through my hair. After some comfortable silence of us just enjoying one another's company I ask, "So what are we doing?" Leaning my head back to look into her chocolate brown eyes she grins "I was thinking  a movie and cuddles."

I smile and her excitement over something so simple "ok my love, sounds good. Just let me get changed into some sweats" I say before kissing her cheek. She nods and just as she's about to lean off me I pull her back on, standing up, holding her with my hands underneath her thighs. She wraps her legs around my waist, leaning into a passionate kiss. I reciprocate the energy and lay her down on her back on the bed, standing over her. I kiss her back one more time before pulling away.

"Hey, no fair!" Josie complains sitting up to look at me with another pout, god she's the cutest I think to myself. I peck her lips one more time before walking to my draws and grab a change of clothes and changing in the bathroom.

When I come back out of the bathroom Josie was on the bed already munching on popcorn opening up Netflix. I watched her sweet concentrating face as I sat beside her on the bed.

"So what do you wanna watch?" I ask hope, still looking at the laptop screen, no reply. I turn my head and find her staring at me with loving eyes, our faces closer than I anticipated.

"Hope?" I ask, barely above a whisper, I can feel her breath on my lips. "mhm?" she hums in response before latching onto my lips, I quickly reciprocate the kiss, deepening it as I turn around. I pull back, still leaning my forehead on hers "you pick, I don't mind." She softly reassures me, her tone slightly sad.

"Hey, baby what's wrong?" I ask softly, trying not to push her, "nothing." She replies confidently "Hope" I say more seriously looking into her eyes. "No really, nothing's wrong, I just love you so much and was admiring my girlfriend." She said with a grin. I examine her face closely before replying, "how about we just put on Gilmore Girls and cuddle?"

Hope
We spent the next few hours tangled in one another's embrace, each time the theme song came on she would sing is sweetly in my ear "Where you lead, I will follow
Anywhere that you tell me to
If you need, you need me to be with you
I will follow where you lead"
I giggle at her and sweetly kiss her.

After a while I figure we should go down to dinner. Josie pouts at me when I suggest this and then looks down at her previously perfect blue blouse all crumpled crumpled and her once tight ringlets loose, before she can even talk I toss her one of my hoodies and ask "sweats of leggings?"

She grins widely at me "hmm.." she looks towards the roof thinking god I love her I smile, waiting for an answer. "Leggings please!" I pull out a pair and throw them at her "hey these are mine!" She giggles, "well I wouldn't have so much of you're clothes if you didn't get undressed here so much." I tease her with a knowing grin, she looks down, trying to hide her blush "what's that supposed to mean Mikealson?" She fakes hurt, before closing the bathroom door.

As Jo's getting dressed I pull my hair into a pony tail and put a hoodie on over my sweats and tank top, just as I get it over my head the bathroom door opens, to reveal the most beautiful girl I've ever seen.

She stands there with the black leggings hugging her beautiful curves and the navy blue hoodie hanging from her frame. That tangled dark hair pulled back into a somehow perfect ponytail with a few pieces left out framing her face.

"Ready to go?" She grins at me, I quickly pick my jaw up off the floor, before grabbing her hand and closing the door. I Lean up on her shoulder as we walk, to whisper in her ear "you are so beautiful." Kissing her check and leaving my head comfortably on her arm. She blushed and smiled brightly back at me "have you seen my girlfriend?" She counters with a sweet giggle, music to my ears. "No, you'll have to introduce me to her sometime." I continue the joke, "well she's the most beautiful girl I've ever seen Josie whispers with a kiss before we enter the food hall.
