let's go home//reddie fanfiction

chapter 1

I don't have the best life ever. Last month I was put into the foster system because my parents got arrested. All because stupid Beverly had to call the cops. I didn't want her to. I was fine I was just going to just wait till I'm 18 then get out. It was only 2 years away.

As mad at her as I am I know she did the right thing but now I'm here. I am stuck alone with no friends all of them have no way to contact me. I'm not allowed to have my phone till I'm in a foster home. Right now I'm in a group home which sucks. They are so strict. We can't have phones, have to go to bed and no talking by 9:30 and can't have the stupid doors closed. 

I just woke up and Dylan, the mentor of the group home, called us down. He then explained we have a new person coming today. When he said that a boy walked in. He has light brown neat hair, pretty brown eyes and freckles on his nose dotted like stars. He is wearing a yellow shirt with short shorts. He looks very scared and shy. I wanted to talk to him but I didn't know what to say. "This is Eddie Kaspbrak. He is staying here now. And Richie he is staying with you!!" Dylan explained.

"Ok whatever" I say. It's not I hate Dylan he is just so fucking annoying. All adults are. So after we had to have group. I really don't like group at all but they make us. Basically we have to share what we feel today. As always I give the most short response I can. So now Dyaln expects nothing more. After group we go up to the room me and eddie now share. "So this is your bed and this is your side and this is my side." I say.

"O-ok" Eddie responds. He seems neverous. Do I make him neverous??

"Don't worry dude you don't have to be scared here." I say.

"So what u here for??" Eddie asked

"Huh?" I responded.

"Why are u in the group home" Eddie says.

"Oh right um my parents they got arrested. They weren't good people" I say neverously "What about you??" I ask.

He responds "It was just me and my mom but she's been abusing me she has something called Munchausen syndrome by proxy. Which is were basically she made up illnesses for me that weren't true." He explains

He seems pretty open about what happened. Maybe he's just not embarrassed which is a good thing. I have family but most of them can't take care of me cuz all my family isn't  fit to take care of a 16 year old. They aren't good people. They are all like my parents.
