"Hey, why are you crying?"

Suryeon noticed that the redhead's focus was on something as tears continue to flow from her eyes. She traced the direction in which she was looking at, she gulped. The younger woman was looking at her painting of Seola as she cries.

"Is it because of what Logan said?" She asked but the redhead didn't answer. Of course it is because of what he said, she didn't need to ask but she did anyway.

"It's my fault, I could've saved her." Yoonhee said in between sobs.

"Please stop blaming yourself Yoonhee..."

Suryeon pulled the younger woman for a hug. She can't imagine the amount of guilt the redhead must be feeling. She rubbed her back and whispered words of reassurance in her ear. After a while, Yoonhee finally calmed down.

"I'm sorry..." Yoonhee said shyly. Suryeon gave her a reassuring smile.

"You can let your guard down when you're with me." The redhead smiled at this. The older woman never fails to give her comfort when she needs it.

"Unnie, Rona told me Seokkyung wanted to study abroad. Is it true?" Yoonhee asked, remembering what Rona told her the other day.

"She told me she wants to study fine arts abroad instead of continuing her studies here." Suryeon confirmed. The younger woman formed an 'oh' with her mouth, surprised by one of the twin's sudden decision.

"How do you feel about it?" She noticed that Suryeon's expression turned serious the moment she started talking about her daughter.

"I'm worried, what if she'll feel left out by Seokhoon and Rona since she's going to start late? I'm afraid she'll revert back to her rebellious self."

"What exactly did she say when she said she wanted to study fine arts?" Yoonhee asked.

"She said, she doesn't like classical singing and that the only reason she tried hard to pursue it is because of her dad." "She said she had always love visual arts... she even showed me this." She said as she stood up and  reached out to one of the shelves where a drawing book rests, Yoonhee followed her. She handed the drawing book to the redhead.

Yoonhee was in awe, Seokkyung is just like her mom. The sketches were all so beautiful. As she turn every page of the drawing book, the more amazed she becomes.

"I think you should trust her. It looks like something she really wants to do." She said as she looked up and gave her a reassuring smile.

"And about her being left out, she's a much better person now. She'll find new friends, good friends. Have faith in your daughter." Yoonhee added,

"I'm a bad mom aren't I?" Suryeon sighed, she felt ashamed that she couldn't trust her own daughter. Yoonhee shook her head and gave their hands a squeeze.

"No. The fact that you worry this much about her just shows how good of a mom you are." She said.

The brunette smiled, the younger woman always know what to say. She always make her feel at ease when she's having doubts about herself. She didn't know when it started, but even when they were just 'friends' the redhead has always been her solace, her safe place.

She was startled when the younger woman wrapped her arms around her waist and pulled her closer to her. The older woman automatically wrapped her arms around her neck, she leaned in so their foreheads were touching. She closed her eyes, relishing the moment. The younger woman closed her eyes as well. After two whole weeks of being away from Suryeon, she realized that being with her was no longer a desire but a necessity. She's frightened that being used to what they have right now will bring her pain if it ever ends.

She felt a pair of lips land on hers, it was soft and sweet at first until the older woman bit her lower lip which made her gasp. Suryeon took this opportunity to slide her tongue inside her mouth. Before she knew it, Yoonhee was cornered on one of the shelves. They were lucky the books didn't fell as Suryeon pushed her a little too roughly against it. She griped the edge of the shelf to support herself as her knees were becoming weak. Sometimes she can't believe the sweet, elegant and angelic Suryeon is the same as the one who was roughly kissing her right now.

The brunette finally broke the kiss. She was breathing heavily. Her self-control always seems to vanish whenever the younger woman is around. She opened her eyes to see the redhead panting with her eyes still closed. She noticed how her lips has gotten swollen from their kiss. She cupped her left cheek and caressed it, the redhead leaned to her touch and smiled.

"Are you okay?" The brunette asked seeing as how the younger woman was still breathing heavily. Yoonhee finally opened her eyes and nodded.

The tea that Suryeon was drinking a while ago has gotten cold but the warmth that she feels for the redhead in front of her remained.

A/N: So sorry for the late update, I accidentally deleted half of this chapter while editing it and I was also having a writer's block. I hope you enjoy the chapter.

I won't let Suryeon be a bad mom in my au, I hate what they're doing with her character on the show.
