The phone kept ringing but Mat didn't even care who it was. After the phone had rung for about ten minutes he finally got up from the bed and went over to the phone. *Call from Mother* it said. Now he did not want to pick it up even more but finally did.
"Finally you pick up you ungrateful child! I did not raise you like this!" She said as soon as he came through "Did you even raise me?" Mat said angrily. "You...you- is that really how you speak to the woman that birthed you?" Mat sighed. "If this is all you're gonna say I'll hang up already". He hu
ng up and sighed deeply again sat down on the bed and threw himself backwards.
Brown hair whirled in his eyes and he saw her again but he knew this was only a dream. Even though he already knew that, he reached out and called for her "Vi!" "Please come back! Don't leave me all alone! I beg you!" She smiled with a sad look on her face, and said like on that day "I'm sorry I.. I can't be with you anymore" Tears began to flow and she turned and ran. He came back to reality now, and fumbled in the darkness over to the door out and in the cold and dark apartment to the restroom where he sunk down by the door and again the tears fell down his face.
